Pros:

The sea.view was lovely.

Cons:

The staff were generally apathetic, and housekeeping seemed largely uninterested in actually cleaning.

Our bathroom had a water leak from the toilet cistern throughout our stay. We reported it to reception twice. On both occasions the same maintenance man arrived carrying an electric screwdriver, looked at it, and achieved absolutely nothing. It wasn’t an electric-screwdriver job — the cold-water pipe union clearly needed replacing.

As a result, it effectively “rained” on our heads while we used the toilet. This was obviously not a new problem either. The cleaners routinely left a toilet mat underneath to catch the dripping water, and there was already considerable visible water damage around the area. Eventually we simply gave up reporting it.

For what appears to be a relatively new hotel, the general standard of maintenance was surprisingly poor. There was green algae around the waterline of the swimming pool, broken glass panels in the pool ceiling, and several damaged or broken glass balcony panels around the property. It gave the impression of a hotel deteriorating far faster than it should. Also some fittings in the room were broken, including the mirror light in the bathroom..

Breakfast was another disappointment. The coffee could probably have been used as asphalt. Egg options were extremely limited, generally consisting of boiled eggs which, by halfway through breakfast service, had developed a distinctly sulphurous smell.

The selection of cheeses and cold meats was reasonable, but bread was a complete lottery — either famine or feast, and normally fairly dry when it was available. There were three cereals on offer, two of which appeared to be the same, and all were chocolate-based. Oats appeared once during our stay.

After surveying the rather unappetising breakfast offering on several mornings, we simply chose to eat elsewhere.

Then came approximately 24 hours with no running water.

Aussicht war ok, Dachterasse gut, allerdings viel zu teuer gegenüber vergleichbaren bars.

Cons:

Pool kalt und ca 1.80 tief . Gym war ein Witz, Spa und Wellness nicht vorhanden.
In der Beschreibung steht Kinderfreier Pool- wird nicht durchgesetzt. Auf den Gängen herrscht ein fischiger Geruch, die Zimmer riechen sobald die Lüftung länger aus ist.
Wände im Badezimmer dreckig - wären besser gefliest.
Keinerlei Ablage Möglichkeiten im Bad.
Zimmerservice, bemüht- Geschirr wurde allerdings 4 Tage nicht abgespült - Schwamm Spülmittel- oder Geschirrtuch nicht vorhanden.
Desweiteren sollte das Hotel über Matratzenschoner nachdenken- diese dünnen Laken direkt auf den Matratzen sind nicht sehr hygienisch.
Frühstück kein Highlight, aber wohl tagesabhängig, an einem Tag gab es zB nur Käse und keinerlei anderen Aufschnitt, auf Besteck und Kaffee Tassen musste man warten. Kaffee gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Pros:

The room was clean and new, i just prefered toilet to be renewed, because of the bowl and old walls. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and delicious.

Cons:

Fitness centre absolutely didn't met my expectations. It wasn't even near what this hotel has informed us about, one of the main reason why i chose to stay there was fitness facility, and it wasn't even there.
Also, I've been begging for like 3 days for cleaning crew to change our sheets, their answer every single time was that they usually change it every 4 days and it's not our time yet, when in reality we stayed there for 6 nights and they changed sheets only for last night.
Roof of the pool and windows of the pool was so dirty that it was almost impossible to look through.

Pros:

Great location - about a 3-minute walk to the beach, with an easy 15-20 minute taxi ride into Batumi. Staff were friendly and answered all our questions. Groceries were close by.

Cons:

The room looked fine at first glance, but up close things were worn out or half-broken. The bathroom had a persistent drainage smell, and the room itself had a strong smoke smell at check-in that took a couple of days to air out. Despite daily cleaning, it really needed a deep clean - the bathroom, walls, and chairs all looked dirty. Breakfast was repetitive and almost didn’t change all week. There was no dish soap, sponge, or napkins provided which made washing dishes difficult for a longer stay. No drying rack either, which is weird for a hotel right on the seaside. If your room faces the sea, it’s loud at night from a bar playing music until midnight.

Gute Stelle mit einen schönem weiten Blick aufs Meer.
Pros:

An sich das beste Haus in der Nähe. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war sehr schön.

Cons:

Balkon nicht sauber. Vieles im Haus heruntergekommen.
Ansonsten war in der Nähe nicht viel offen. Manches abgerissen. Keine schöne Flaniermeile. Man muss hier nicht sein.
