Rooftop swimming pool was excellent.
Beds are comfortable and spacious. Nice rooms.
The staff were so nice and helpful. I give them 10/10

Le check-in rapide et l'attitude d'écoute du manager vis-à-vis des critiques. En fait, ma perception générale a évolué de "pitoyable" au terme de mon premier jour de séjour, à "peut mieux faire" le jour de mon départ

Cons:

1-exiguité de la chambre
2-faible pression d'eau dans les toilettes
3-la piètre qualité des finitions dans les toilettes
4- mauvaise insonorisation (réveillé la première nuit par l'appel du muezzin à 5h!!! 😡😡)
5- difficulté d'accès à la salle de sport le 1e jour)
6- valet dysfonctionnel sur les portes
7-mauvaise programmation des ascenseurs
8-reception régulièrement injoignable
9-Piètre qualité des images tv
10-Inaccessibilité des issues de secours
Il convient de souligner que la grande majorité de ces griefs ont été portés à l'attention du manager de l'établissement qui a pris l'engagement d'apporter le plus d'amélioration possible

My stay was comfortable but it was an unsafe location.
Pros:

The staff were really attentive, super helpful as I wasn’t a French speaker (they did well in terms of communication and organizing transport and most requests we had).

Cons:

The location was terrible.. it is right in the middle of the busiest, most unkept area of town. I think people referred to it as the market/commercial area. The picture of the exterior shown on bookings isn’t a true reflection of what I saw in person( false advertising).
