People were nice, but amenities need refurbishing.
Pros:

It’s at a good location and the staff, especially the receptionist, were very nice. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices.

Cons:

The water was yellow and smelt of iron, not sure if it was clean enough to be used directly. During my stay, the electricity was out in the morning, which was lowkey disturbing. Besides, the room smelt kinda moldy.

Employees are very polite and welcome. Very responsive and always ready to assist. I was very impressed with the customer service qnd they have a nice elevator. Once you stepped in, it smell so good and fresh

Only the receptionist staff were doing a good job, especially Landry.
Pros:

I-Staff at the breakfast lounge were horrible, disrespectful, and the waitress without the name badge refused to state her name
II- the guy called Ekwala needs to get more training

Any where, I left to go to another place at Akwa.

Cons:

Breakfast's staff are incompetent.
They need to be retrained.

Pros:

Good place to stay, nice buffet breakfast and selection of food. Comfortable room.

Cons:

Twin rooms with 2 separate single beds should be made available for 2 travellers that are not couples. They only have double rooms.
