Pros:

Good place to stay, nice buffet breakfast and selection of food. Comfortable room.

Cons:

Twin rooms with 2 separate single beds should be made available for 2 travellers that are not couples. They only have double rooms.

Ok for a short stay in Douala
Pros:

Location and ground floor restaurant. Clean hotel.

Cons:

Rooms need urgent improvments. I changed 3 rooms as in each something was not working.
Swimmong pool impossibile to use. One day reserved, second day lessons for children. Basically I found open only restaurant on ground floor.

Fruktansvärd.
Cons:

Personalen tog betalt för vatten som borde ingå i hotellrummet, 1a dagen var det ingen städning. De tog betalt för poolen trots att de själva sa att det skulle ingå i priset för mig och min gäst.
Och att ta €13 för en frukost?!?!
Det var inte Hilton jag var på!

The room was too pricey for the experience
Pros:

The room had only one towel and when we requested for an additional towel, the receptionist told us the service room is closed until the next day.

Cons:

There was no bell boy to carry our luggages down to the receptionist area.

Excellent séjour passé à l’hôtel FAYA
Pros:

Nous avons eu un magnifique séjour à Faya Hôtel, le personnel était très agréable et sympathique.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien.
La chambre spacieuse et très propre.

Cons:

Les deux petits remarques à faire sont sur le faite que pendant la nuit on entendait pas mal le bruit externe et sur le fait que le petit déjeuner était juste prévu pour un adulte en tant disant que nous étions 2 adultes.
