El alojamiento tiene una situación inmejorable, es una zona muy tranquila y está a 5 minutos caminado de la estación de guaguas y de Triana. La habitación es cómoda y limpia. El personal super amable y predispuesto a ayudarte en lo que necesites.

El lugar está limpio, pero la habitación no vale lo que pagué. Me siento estafado. La cama es extremadamente incómoda, la habitación es muy pequeña y el olor a productos de limpieza es asfixiante. Además, me cobraron 10 euros extra por llegar a las 11 de la noche, a pesar de que estuve en la habitación 6 horas y pagué 46 euros, incluyendo 50ml por una botella de agua.

Ich würde die Suite Tati wieder und auch für einen längeren Zeitraum buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage der Suite Tati ist unübertrefflich. In 10 min Fußweg ist man am Parque San Telmo, der zentralen Busstation mit wunderschönem kleinen Park und einer Jugendstil-Bar. in der entgegengesetzten Richtung kommt man in 20 min in den Parque Doramas, einen der schönsten Parks in Las Palmas. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig entfernt.
Housekeeping und Ansprechpartner der Suite Tati sind ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend!
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist stimmig!

Cons:

Zur Vermietung kommen 4 Doppelzimmer - die Ausstattung der Kochgelegenheit mit Besteck, Tassen und Gläsern war nicht ausreichend, die Diele bietet nur einen schmalen Tisch mit drei Stühlen - da ich aber die meiste Zeit der beiden Wochen allein war, fiel das nicht ins Gewicht. - Bei voller Belegung und widrigen Witterungsverhältnissen kann es hier schnell eng und laut werden.
Von anderen früheren Gästen geschilderte Schlüsselprobleme sind jetzt durch ein Zahlenschloss geregelt.
Aber: Alle Widrigkeiten waren für mich durch die Lage der Wohnung mehr als ausgeglichen!

Básico, muy cómodo y tranquilo.
Pros:

No provee desayuno. Es el pago por la habitación, en mi caso con el baño privado. Hay una cocina con lo esencial y una nevera, y microondas. Todo limpio y recogido.
Se provee de toallas.
