Sauberkeit

Cons:

Personal war extrem unhöflich und nicht hilfsbereit
Musste ich auf die Treppe hoch und runter mit den Geback da keine Fahrstuhl gibt
War auch sehr Laut bis ich manchmal aufgewacht wurde
Also bin garnicht zufrieden

The bedsheets were full of hair. It was gross.
The incident :
At 10:20 am, which is 40 minutes before check-out time, I was in my room using the toilet. My room door was closed AND LOCKED. I heard someone UNLOCKING AND BARGING IN my room while I was inside. They quickly went back out. I got out of bathroom and saw that the someone messed my bedsheets like they were looking for something. It was the cleaning person. 40 minutes before the checkout time, while I still had the right to use the room. When I opened the door and asked “did you just get in to my room”, they said “it’s okay”. NO IT’S NOT OKAY. I COULD BE NAKED. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Ist akzeptabel für ein spontanes Wochenende in Hamburg.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, nah am Hamburger-Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

Flecken auf dem Teppichboden, Fernseher war ausgesteckt (Dazugehörige Steckdose vom Boden nicht zu erreichen), Notfallausgang im Zimmer führt zu benachbarten Zimmer, Steckdosen am Bett funktionieren nicht.
