Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat bei Fragen geholfen.
Wir konnten auch noch sehr spät einchecken, nach 23Uhr.

Sluket på badet var tett så dusjen ble kortere enn planlagt. Rom var trangt og det var ikke noe plass å legge fra seg ting samt snublet hver gang blæra var full

Nicht zu 100% Zufriedenstellend
Pros:

Die Lage war ganz gut und Fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof

Cons:

Das Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können.
1. Die Toilettenbrille muss entweder sauberer geputzt werden oder sogar ausgetauscht werden
2. Das Licht flackert und sollte in Ordnung gebracht werden
3. Die Dichtung in der Dusche sollte ausgetauscht werden.

4. Die Lage ist zwar gut aber ist auch eher in der „Drogen Szene“ Gelegen
PS: Die Konstruktive Kritik betrifft das Zimmer 12

Cheap but i should of paid more elsewhere
Pros:

The staff seemed nice. Room was clean.

Cons:

This area of Hamburg is very run down with a lot of homeless displaced people., drugs, drinking , everything u can think of. . Very unpleasant. My single room was first floor on the landing of stairwell so i could hear everybody and staff talking, did wake me a few times. I was bit nervous about people coming in from street but staff was there 24hours . My single room was basically a bed and a toilet, was not expecting that . It shame but i wouldn't go there again and i wouldn't go Hamburg again either.
