Dangereux et mal fréquenté comme quartier
Pros:

Proche de la gare ! Et facilement accessible

Cons:

L’hôtel est en bas d’une rue très mal fréquenté, c’est dangereux avec des bagarres et des drogués

Relaxing and walking distance to the main train station.
Pros:

I was happy with the location being right next to Hamburg Main Station, it was a close walk and made the route easy. The beds were very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay overall.

Auf Grund mehrerer Zugverspätungen musste ich in Hamburg übernachten und habe durch Zufall dieses kleine Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe gefunden. Auch konnte ich erst weit nach Mitternacht einchecken. Das war aber kein Problem; das freundliche Personal ließ mich auf mein Klingeln hinein. Ich hatte als Alleinreisende ein Dreibettzimmer ganz oben im Dachgeschoss. Die von anderen schon angesprochenen Treppen waren aber gut zu schaffen. ☺️ Das Zimmer sowie das Bad waren sauber, zweckmäßig und modern, sogar mit Fön. Der Zimmerpreis war sehr

fair. Am nächsten Morgen wurde mir beim Auschecken an der Rezeption noch ein Kaffee angeboten - leider musste ich meinen Zug erreichen.

Cons:

Die Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes ist speziell - wie in anderen Städten auch. Ich würde aber trotzdem wieder dort übernachten.
