Hotel je na dobroj lokaciji, osoblje je uvijek bilo na usluzi, a što se tiče hrane bilo je i više nego dovoljno. Posebno je za pohvalu popodnevna užina iz.kekse, kafu, čaj i sok.

Honestly, nothing. The hotel did not meet even basic expectations for comfort, cleanliness, or customer service.

Cons:

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was poorly maintained, cleanliness was below acceptable standards, and the bathroom was extremely uncomfortable to use due to its poor layout and condition. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful when issues were raised. The most frustrating part was being accused of damaging a towel and being charged an unfair penalty after checkout. The towel was used normally, and the charge felt like an excuse to take extra money from guests. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, the hotel seemed more interested in finding reasons to impose additional fees. I strongly dispute the charge and found the entire situation dishonest and disappointing. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

Habitación muy cómoda con todo lo necesario, desayuno autóctono, gente muy amable y servicial, estuvimos cuatro noches muy a gusto. Muy buena comunicación con autobuses, tranvia y metro.

Отель просто идеальный! Много разных отелей видела ,но только в этот будем приезжать! Чистота ,очень шикарные завтраки,расположение 2 мин до метро все достопримечательные места рядом,персонал отличный,единственное нам дали совсем не тот номер который был забронирован,но зато было тихо не было шума от главной улицы,советую этот отель!

Hôtel bien situé et à 10mns à pied du tramway pour rejoindre les sites historiques proches. également pour s'y rendre.
Bon rapport qualité-prix.
Hôtel confortable, propre et personnel accueillant et répondant à nos demandes. Draps et serviettes changés tous les jours!
Petit déjeûner correct. Plusieurs bureaux de change à proximité immédiate ainsi que des restaurants pour les repas.
Nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour et recommandons.
La corbeille de fruits offerte la veille du départ a été fort appréciée!!

We were left with a bad impression of the hotel. The reality does not match the photos on booking. The room was old, dirty, the shower was broken, there was very little space. The internet was bad, the TV did not work at all. Breakfast 4/10, small selection and not very tasty. I would never stay here again. The only thing is that the staff is nice.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel. L'accueil était chaleureux, les chambres étaient propres et confortables, et le petit-déjeuner était riche et varié. Tout le personnel était très aimable, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Un grand merci à Madame Nadia pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. L'emplacement est excellent, au cœur d'Istanbul, proche d'Eminönü, de Sultanahmet et des principaux moyens de transport. Nous reviendrons certainement lors d'un prochain séjour à Istanbul.

Avoid – Reservation cancelled after payment was taken
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The hotel confirmed my reservation and charged my card, but later claimed there was a technical error and could not honor the booking. They repeatedly tried to persuade me to cancel the reservation myself instead of cancelling it from their side. This caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty, especially with my travel date approaching. Fortunately, after contacting Booking.com, their support team assisted me and ensured the reservation was cancelled without any additional charges or penalties. Very disappointing experience and I would not trust this property with future bookings.
