Si algo me llevo de mi estancia en Flores es la calidez y la atención que me recibió y trató Nacho.
Fue atento y me ayudó con absolutamente todo lo que necesite, me hizo sentir tan bienvenida como si fuera familia y es calidez cuando viajas sola es lo mejor que te puede pasar

We arrive at the Natz Hotel and check in but it takes takes a long time to fill in the forms. Then the receptionist instructs us how to use the code on the door handle to lock the door, as there are no keys.
We stay here the second time; the first is in 2022 and everything is ok, as expected.

Excelente ubicación y servicio del administrador en la respuesta de preguntas y orientaciones por la ciudad. En pleno mundial pudimos ver el partido de Colombia y emocionarnos. Muy atentos y la habitación contaba con varias camas.

It was very nice to be here. First, the location is unbeatable. Right in the island entrance. Second, the view is great. And third, the guys are great there.. Diego and Ignacio. Ignacio is very kind and helped me with everything (late checkin, tips, and transportation to Tikal and Belize). All very smoothly. Certally, I recommend it here for everyone. Great atmosphere.. from the place and from the island.

Alquilé una habitación sin aire acondicionado y para la época (junio) el calor es agobiante, por lo cual hasta dos ventiladores no son suficientes
Muy cómoda la cama, olía a limpio, agua tibia, muy amable el personal, el aire enfrió muy bien...cerca del restaurante y al lado casa de cambio y tienda...
No tenía T.V.
