Excelente atención y ubicación.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación y servicio del administrador en la respuesta de preguntas y orientaciones por la ciudad. En pleno mundial pudimos ver el partido de Colombia y emocionarnos. Muy atentos y la habitación contaba con varias camas.

Cons:

Fue excelente la estancia.

Cozy hotel with amazing location and great people to assist you
Pros:

It was very nice to be here. First, the location is unbeatable. Right in the island entrance. Second, the view is great. And third, the guys are great there.. Diego and Ignacio. Ignacio is very kind and helped me with everything (late checkin, tips, and transportation to Tikal and Belize). All very smoothly. Certally, I recommend it here for everyone. Great atmosphere.. from the place and from the island.

Cons:

Nothing particularly. Only the warmth of Flores.

Valió la pena conocer la isla de Flores. Volvería al mismo lugar

La amabilidad del personal de servicio y la ubicación a la entrada de la isla de Flores.

Cons:

Alquilé una habitación sin aire acondicionado y para la época (junio) el calor es agobiante, por lo cual hasta dos ventiladores no son suficientes

暑い地域なのだからクーラーぐらい入れてくれ
Pros:

立地は良い。
スタッフのやり取りも良い

Cons:

蒸し暑いのにクーラーなし。
小型扇風機のみ。
蒸し風呂状態では寝れない。
夜になるとスタッフがいないので
客がやりたい放題。
ドミのカップルが一緒に寝ててうざかった。

Muy buena ubicacion
Pros:

El lugar esta en una excelente ubicacion, frente al lago Peten y al costado del letrero Yo amo Peten donde salen muchos tours. La atencion en recepcion es buena.

Cons:

Como hace mucho calor, suelen entrar insectos cuando se abren las ventanas.

Des lits doubles dans les dortoirs pour ou contre ?
Pros:

J'ai choisi l'hôtel pour l'emplacement juste devant les bus de 6h00 du matin.

Cons:

Malheureusement je ne suis pas restée car il y avait des lits doubles dans le dortoir occupés par des couples...et j'ai trouvé ça limite pour un dortoir surtout que c'était la première fois que je voyais ça en plusieurs années de dortoirs.
