Good location, friendly staff
Very hot in the rooms, you get a fan but it’s not mounted to the wall so you have to get a bit creative to ensure you get some air in you.

La ubicación frente al lago y a unos pasos del letrero de Petén ya qué de ahí salen la mayoría de tours. Puedes ver el atardecer o amanecer en el lago solo cruzando la calle. Qué pudiera dejar maletas en resguardo mientras hacia check inn.
El agua de la bañera no salía caliente pero estaba bien. Si regresaría.
I loved it was at the entrance of the island where majority of the restaurant and live is. The front desk and cleaners were so kind with us. I dont know why some people complain about the noise. I didnt heard any noise, yes just the sound of the vehicles passing but thats normal. I do recommend it. Good for travellers who want just the basic for thier stay. The shuttles to tikal are on the other building side to side of the hotel

Check in rapide, chambre spacieuse et propre. Ventilateur et petit bureau. Douche (eau froide) avec WC.

Excellent rapport qualité prix (13eur/nuit) sur booking en chambre individuel. La chambre 12 est parfaite car loin de la route et au calme. Chambre nettoyée tous les jours ! Nuitées calme !
Très très bien situé, juste à côté du départ des bus le matin.
Une nuit sur trois où il y a eu du bruit par 3 individus. L'hôtel a immédiatement réagi et les individus ont quitté les lieux. Très appréciable. Sinon nuitées très calme !

The staff were kind and friendly, and the location was convenient.
The place was very dirty overall. The room was overcrowded and not as described — it was supposed to be a 4-bed dorm, but more people were staying in a very small space. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the room. The sheets and blankets looked worn out and unclean, so I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The bathroom was in very poor condition — extremely dirty, no toilet paper, no soap, and the trash was full. Overall, the hygiene and cleanliness were very disappointing.
Lovely staff, great beds, perfect location. They also gave us access to the kitchen which was great
