Great!!!!
Pros:

Very nice and comfortable. Just like a miniature apartment! Well be booking again!!!!

The location

Cons:

The noise through out the day and night. It was stains on the couch and bedding. The door to exit was not closed all the way. I did not feel safe.

Wifi was down , didn’t get a key. Later in the night i had to go out and when i came back the lobby was closed and when i got back i called their number and their employee was annoyed and told me whenever i needed to leave to leave the door open ? Lmaooo make it make sense why would i leave the door open with all my stuff inside , the place was too noisy unless you’re on the top floro you will hear people walking around all night . Will never in my life book here again

It wasn’t comfortable so I left a day early.
Pros:

I like the setup of the space but it wasn’t accessible for me while using my wheelchair. No automatic doors and the room wasn’t cleaned when I arrived.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t safe for me to transfer from my chair to the bed. The bed kept sliding every time I took movement to transfer. Also the mattress wasn’t good it sinked me in so it was hard for me to maneuver. And then charged me with a fictitious charge with no reason.

Pros:

Comfortable for us and travel with our pet. Very nice employees. Quiet.

Cons:

The front door was so hard to open. It was stuck and we literally had to kick it to open it.

Pros:

The apartments are nice, mostly quiet. The staff member Brianna was really amazing and practically ran the place, I wish she had more help. She really made my stay pleasurable.

Cons:

The Staff could have used more help keeping the place clean, due to some of the residents being inconsiderate. The fire alarm goes off all the time. I spent about two months here and then a kid moved in downstairs and I could hear everything so the walls and floors are not soundproof and that made it unbearable. Just keep in mind this is where people live and it is less hotel and more apartment like.

I liked the atmosphere and just the whole experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
