Pros:

The place was quiet, clean, and the staff was very friendly .
The room was very spacious and clean, I was very happy and will definitely be back on my next visit to Lebanon

A disaster of a stay
Pros:

The one staff was nice but that's not enough

Cons:

Only one staff person was available and in charge of everything, literally everything. The bed was not clean at all it had hair on it and some black marks the drawer had hair in it. The tv remote had no batteries. I had to ask for everything, and even the walls weren't in a hotel condition. No security, even the one staff was not always present and the reception you had to wait, and the door is always unlocked and no one present at the reception so anyone could get in at any time. No one tried to contact me to apologies or anything, and their online team that contacted before my stay on booking is super unprofessional and definitely not polite, they accused me of a horrible special request, whilst I made it clear that I only need good hygiene since I had bad experiences before on other properties and even after that the hygiene was below standards. The electricity kept going off and on as well. Would not recommend at all especially at this price point! Video is available for proof purposes, but unfortunately I can't upload a video file on booking.

Tolles Hotel!
Pros:

Super Unterkunft und tolles Personal. Der Mann an der Rezeption hat uns sogar gefragt, ob wir Hunger hätten und Shawarma bestellt. Die Einrichtung und Lage sind auch super!
