Very disappointing experience.

Just the distance from the VFS office, the location of the hotel nothing else.

Cons:

I would like to share some feedback about the service I received from a member of staff, Juhee Agarwal, during my stay with my daughter. We arrived early, so I was asked to pay for an early check-in. The room we were given had not been cleaned properly, as the sheets and bin had not been changed and it looked like it had been used by someone else.
After I had already paid, I was also asked for more money at the time of my check out because we had gone for breakfast. I had checked with the staff beforehand whether I could have breakfast, and I was told yes.
Throughout our stay, I felt anxious about making a mistake, as I found her manner very rude and unwelcoming. I hope this feedback can be looked into, and that other guests do not have a similar experience.
There was no hot water provided, fridge was turned off and breakfast was served cold at 8am.

Cons:

Road side , unhygienic breakfast wraped in old news paper. Showergel container empty. Tabke n chair bogus. Fire hydrant before the room expired and empty. I complain about fire hydrant to the reception but they were just smiling. And even after complain they did not replace it.

Nothing to like hotel was merely ok to stay for 2 nights

Cons:

The room smelled like smoke, and there were cigarette butts under the bed. It looked like the room wasn’t cleaned before I checked in.
