Pros:

The best part of this place is its excellent location. Rest is nearly pits.
15 minutes from airport and a brief walk to the posh food hub that serves kunafa, bun-maska, rolls, shakes, street food and much more, till 11 at night (late by a tier 2/3 township standard).

An excellent South Indian restaurant 'Kittus Appe', is bang opposite the hotel. So, since the hotel was dysfunctional during the four days that I stayed here, the breakfast was not an issue.

The staff is very freindly and nice, but they have zero room service. I believe the reason is one, short-staffing and two, their focus on banquet services.
They badly need to change their linen quality and the old-wooden chairs and side tables. It resembled a 20th century PWD guesthouse
But the AC and Geysers saved the day for me
Over all a workable choice if you come there ONLY to sleep and spend the rest of day for travel, work whatever.

Good stay overall since we used to come to room only for night Sleep but defects should be rectified
Cons:

Bathroom was not upto standard. Drainage of wash basin was not free flowing. There was water leakage from the health faucet and bathroom door handle was defective. Staff took no action despite reporting of defects.
