Decepción
Pros:

La ubicación y el desayuno.

Cons:

El pomo de la puerta de la habitación estaba suelto. No había por dentro cerradura y solo se podía cerrar con un minifechillo. La habitación era minúscula. La cama incomoda y todo viejo y estropeado. No hay ascensor. Quería trabajar con el ordenador en la mesa y no había enchufes. Venía de pagar 50 euros por una habitación espectacular en Plasencia y aquí por 70 euros me dan la peor habitación que tenían y se que tienen mejores porque me he quedado antes y encima casi no había nadie en el hotel. Era mi tercera vez en el hotel y esta ha sido mi peor experiencia. No pienso volver.

Estadia curta mas agradável
Pros:

Gostei do pormenor de ter alguns equipamentos para a prática de exercício físico e da tranquilidade junto à piscina e do espaço envolvente à mesma

Cons:

Fui ao pequeno almoço pelas 10h, ou seja, duas horas depois do início e alguns tabuleiros estavam vazios e não foram novamente repostos
Outra situação que me desagradou foi que a minha reserva era de 4 noites, ao segundo dia soube do falecimento do meu avô, comuniquei na receção que teria que antecipar o meu check-out e o motivo e mesmo assim consideraram que dormi três noites e só fizeram o reembolso de uma. Considero que foi um caso de força maior e que deveria ter sido analisado e solucionado de outra forma pela gerência do hotel!

PERSONAL EXCELENTE, INSTALACIONES MEJORABLES.
Pros:

La atención de todo el personal con el que coincidimos fue inmejorable... serviciales, amables, diligentes...
La zona contaba con mucho aparcamiento disponible.
la posibilidad de hacer la primera comida en el establecimiento fue lo que nos decantó en la elección. Tanto comida como desayuno fueron excelentes.

Cons:

El hotel en general, al menos en aquellos espacios que hemos usado, necesita una reforma para renovarse bastante, así como la renovación de mucho mobiliario y materiales.

Hotel acogedor de 10 sin duda para repetir

Nos ha gustado muchisimo en general, hotel acogedor y tranquilo. Bien situado, cerca de la playa y del centro de Mazagón se por ede ir andando. Servicio y trato del personal excelente dandote facilidades para todo, instalaciones acogedoras, desayuno buffet muy bueno. Sin duda para repetir
