Missed one night of stay because our flight got delayed. I kmow it's a company policy that if i came late its still the same, they should have give a little bit of consideration since i paid the whole stay,but i only stayed fir a night.

Idéal pour un court séjour. Personnel agréable et localisation au top.

Cons:

J’ai trouvé l’établissement bruyant : on entendait les personnes de la chambre voisine parler, il y avait aussi au milieu de la nuit un bruit de machine qui était gênant. Mais avec des bouchons d’oreille le problème peut être réglé.

Misrepresentation of room size has been reported to the Singapore Tourism Board for review.
Pros:

The location is convenient, with easy access to MRT stations and plenty of food options nearby in Chinatown. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours.

Cons:

The Standard Double Room was advertised as 12 sqm, but there is a recessed section within the room, which corresponds to the emergency stairwell structure, reduces the usable space. I measured the internal floor area using a scanning app and it was approximately 10.3 sqm.

I raised this with the hotel shortly after arrival, but the concern was not addressed. I subsequently paid an additional SGD 150 to change rooms.
