overall - still a good stay
Pros:

Hotel location is perfect. opposite MBK Centre, Siam discovery is just 10 mins walk away, convenient stores nearby. surrounding is very quiet. Front desk staffs are nice.

Cons:

a few of the housekeeping staffs were not very friendly when approached. hairs found in toilet floor. aircon controller is out of battery.

Leur restaurant avait du personnel pas super accueillant ni souriant; l'impression de déranger. Sur les 3 nuits passées la bas, pour preuve restaurant vide

Pros:

空間大，兩咖29行李箱都可以完整打開，還有行走空間。 熱水充足、水壓很夠👍🏻。

Cons:

洗髮精、沐浴露比較難擠，肥皂比較薄，洗一次碎兩半🤭。但不影響。

I would highly recommend this place. It’s a nice place to come back to after the heat and humidity and traffic and busy
Pros:

The space was done well - complete with a pool, gym, art space, library nook (vert well use of space from an empty wall). The location is really in the middle of the whole Siam Area (Siam Paragon, Siam Center, MBK wtih Dongki, a homey massage spa, a really good italian restaurant with brick oven pizza open til 12mn. The room is spacious and there is a simple cafe that serves all day dining. Water is refilled daily in the room, the shower works very well. Its a hotel with taste, not fancy but really nice and value for money.

Cons:

Their cafe and restaurant staff can improve a bit, by being maybe a little nicer. Or maybe because i looked like them coz im filipina , they speak thai to me or they dont know that much english and can be rude sometimes or discriminating? I just was not that happy w them compared to the hotel lobby staff and the cleaning team.
