Great communication with staff, online check-in, parking free in the accommodation , 24h check-in BUT when you provide the check-in time you need to make sure you can respect it because if you arrive outside the indicated time, you will pay a hefty additional cost.
the caretaker gives you the security code access to the door and this is a bit of a liability.

La camera non era pronta al nostro arrivo nonostante l’orario ci era stato confermato tramite messaggio, il gestore ha cercato di rimediare dandoci una diversa camera (da apprezzare il problem solving) ma questa camera non era per niente pulita. Le stoviglie erano sporche, così come le pentole e la spugna per i piatti.
De accommodatie was erg schoon en modern ingericht, met een mooi zwembad en comfortabele ligbedden. De rustige ligging in Montesilvano maakte het ideaal om te ontspannen, maar tegelijkertijd was het strand en het centrum binnen enkele minuten bereikbaar. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, waardoor we ons meteen welkom voelden.
De keukeninrichting had iets completer gemogen, vooral qua kookgerei.
Struttura moderna, l’appartamento molto spazioso arredato con gusto e con finiture di pregio, pulizia maniacale. Spazi esterni e verde molto curati , bella la piscina e i campi da padel . Direi davvero soddisfatto, non ultimo lo staff è stato davvero gentile e ha soddisfatto con piacere ogni mia richiesta. Lo consiglio!

posizione tranquilla, lontano da rumori ed abb vicina al mare. lavatrice a disposizione in appartamento
in tutte le mie vacanze non mi è mai capitato di trovare residence con piscina a pagamento e questo ci ha spinto a non usarla mai visto il prezzo sconveniente ( colpa mia che non me ne ero accorta su booking).. La pulizia della camera è da rivedere poiché noi abbiamo trovato il terrazzino molto sporco con vecchie foglie ammucchiate e una bottiglia con dentro acqua e mozziconi di sigaretta dei clienti precedenti. vetri molto sporchi e stendino da cambiare perché pieno di ruggine.
