Hospitality and clean
Very clean. New furniture and fittings. Excellent host.
Excellent condition house with more than enough space for a family. We were fortunate enough to be able to host a family function here and the staff/management was helpful and responsive.
It is little out of the city so its quiet. There is quite a bit of wildlife there. They organised an LML scooter for me so I could go for a spin around the countryside. Jaffna is tourist friendly and attractive. I met a lot of people there and they are curious and fun to be around.
The owner is based overseas but during our week he stayed there on and off. There was maintenance and cleaning work which was disruptive as my son is sensitive to noise and unexpected events.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the owners was wonderfull. The interior of the room was brand new and modern. A perfect place for passing through or for a longer stay.

Gajan and Kethees the relatives of the owner who are in charge of the property were very helpful and hospitable. They were always available when we needed to contact them and they tried their best to make our stay comfortable
The wash rooms were very unsatisfactory. . There was no outlet for water to go out of the washrooms when the floor was washed. Ankle deep water stagnating in the bathrooms resulted in bad odour wafting into the bed rooms as well.
