We had a wonderful stay at SunTeos Villa! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for. Mr. Özer, the owner, was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Mr. Nesat welcomed us with his warm smile, instantly making us feel at home.

The entire team was friendly, caring, and always available whenever we needed something. The villa itself is kept in excellent condition—still brand new, spotless, and maintained beautifully. We slept so soundly thanks to the comfortable setup, and the kitchen was equipped with high-quality appliances that made cooking a joy.

The location is also excellent. There are plenty of restaurants and markets within walking distance, so there’s no need for a car. Mr. Özer was also fantastic in recommending high-quality restaurants and giving us great suggestions for sightseeing in the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, it was the perfect balance of comfort, hospitality, and quality. We highly recommend SunTeos Villa and look forward to coming back!

I liked everything about the place, it was like
new very clean and had everything we needed, the pool was amazing and the little baby pool for our 1 year old was perfect.
The host ozer guided us to some nice places and was always there if we needed anything, also the other staff very friendly and welcoming I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Very comfortable villa with a terrace and a pool, new furniture and equipment. Great location right by the beach.

Really spacious with 2 bathrooms which was perfect for a family of 4 adults

Very nice hosts, always willing to help, comfortable and cozy villa, young trees were planted along the fence that will make this place more cozy than it seems on photo

The property is literally 5 minutes away from the beach with a small cafe, you can comfortably watch the sunrise or the sunset without having to go far in the dark. The kitchen is very well furnished with all the necessary utensils. Ozer took really good care of us. The property looks new, there`s an AC that incidentally doubles as the heater in every room. The WiFi was ok. There`s a grocery store nearby where you can buy everything if you plan to cook.

The owners of our villa were lovely people and very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The apartment was very new, only opened last year. The rooms were spacious and modern. The washing machine and dishwasher were handy. The cooker was great for preparing meals.
