Sheets could use a little attention other than that, great facility!

No cable , no Internet to keep kids comfortable at night or when we were in apartment , no bath towels, not all beds had sheets or blankets on them. Extra pillows had no pillow covers. A/c’s in rooms did not cool the living room kitchen had to go buy a fan. Couches had large rips in them. Not enough dishes for 8 people. 1 pot, 1pan , 1 baking sheet not enough to cook at apt. very little utensils had to wash in between kids and adults eating. No paper towels or hand towels. Not clean. Toilet had bad stains around rim. Went to use coffee pot dirty and left coffee grinds with mold in it. Got shocked by Kitchen outlet by sink doing dishes reached to shut light off had prongs sticking out of it which you couldn’t see unless right up close safety issues clearly. Heading into apartment no instructions about hall lights so it was completely dark in hallway entrance. In first 2 hrs went and complained about all of it the people running it were rude and told nothing they could do. To deal with it I told them I would like a refund so we could leave that night the listing was false and for what we paid it was unacceptable. Told again nothing they could do the host never checked in or tried to make it right other than a fan which they never brought to us , so we brought our own. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

No Ac in kitchen . Ripped screen on door of balcony so we couldn't leave it open. Needed better pillows.

Parking quite difficult in evenings

Over charged and will not respond to a bogus charge and refund it to my card.. very shady and sneaky people.

Beach? Yes. Boutique hotel? No. Fantasy? Nightmares. Where to begin…

This place was barely cleaned. My husband and I were in the army a combined 26+ years. We felt dirtier showering and sleeping here than when we were in the field with no showers. I used disinfectant wipes on door knobs, light switches and other highly touched areas - the wipes went from white to brown immediately. Disgusting.

The bedrooms smelled of mildew and the sheets were covered in lint and falling apart. They barely covered the yellow brown mattress so we bought our own sheets at Walmart to be able to sleep. We also bought slippers because our feet were sticking to the carpet - presumably from not being cleaned.

The bathroom reeked of urine - the toilet was not cleaned and you could clearly see fecal particles under the seat. The towels provided were falling apart and nearly see through. When we used the towels, we ended up with black lint all over us. I ended up buying towels not only because the quality of the provided ones were terrible but because the owner refused my mother in law and I any more towels as one towel was apparently sufficient for each person for the entire 4 days we were staying there.

The site listed toiletries in the bathroom but all that was there was a dispenser in the shower with Ajax dish soap (we smelled and tried it then compared it to the Ajax dish soap in the kitchen) and hand soap that had the pump replaced with what looks like another Ajax cap.

There is a kitchen but don’t expect to do any cooking. The stove was covered in foil and one of the burners was not fitted correctly. You’d think if a kitchenette is a part of the place, you would have some dishes and paper towels. The kitchenette only had a functioning fridge, dirty coffee maker and some utensils previous guests left behind.

This place is not handicap accessible. Stairs are mentioned ONLY in the property facilities after you click more.

Need an additional tv in master bedroom, some spatulas for eggs and small fan for living room area! Otherwise was perfect!!

Parking was expensive and I wish it was incorporated into the original fee.

Honestly, there was not much to complain about, I have allergies (a me problem), so I was unable to use the sheets and blankets as the detergent used to wash them was irritating to me alone, if you or one of your guests have allergies to certain scents, I recommend having your own sheets and blankets, Thankfully I packed these items,

Price between parking and room was a little high. But you pay for convenience. And you know up front what you are paying.
