Hotel a conduzione familiare rinnovato nella struttura, Ottima pulizia dei locali. Camera un pò piccola e buia con bagno in camera accessoriato di tutto il necessario. Impeccabile e ottima la colazione e la ristorazione a base di prodotti di qualità. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Parcheggio. Area gioco bimbi.

Cons:

Spa gradevole e armoniosa ma da riscaldare maggiormente.

Relax in famiglia
Pros:

Struttura grande, moderna e accogliente. Il personale molto disponibile per venire incontro alle nostre richieste (avendo bimbi piccoli con noi).
SPA molto carina con piscina, sauna e bagno turco.

Cons:

Personalmente ho trovato l’acqua della piscina un po’ fredda.

50% of the spa area was great (sauna and steam bath)

Cons:

First of all it felt like we were annoying the owners, we were there friday - monday and Friday and Sunday we were alone in hotel, maybe it was not worth for them to keep it open for two people only, but thats not our fault.

lets get to the restaurant points :
one day they propose Charcuterie, next day they dont
They have NOT changed the napkins in 3 days we needed to use same dirty napkin morning and evening for 3 days.
one day they propose eggs ad breakfast another day they dont
they served the food very very fast to get rid of you as fast as possible, you dont finish eating they are already coming with the next course, they keep checking on you if you're done. Usually dinner is enjoyed slowly, having 1 - 5 minutes between courses, here you were served 3 courses and desert in half an hour ....

the moquette/carpet in rooms, it gathers dust a lot of it, so it gets very dusty.

In the spa the jaquzzi outside was very cold, and the pool inside was cold, so 50% was great sauna and steam , but the other 2 were very cold.

Spa they told us is open since 14.00 but each time they "started" warming it much later, often you needed to ask them to do it, like if its from 14 start it at 14.

Warm water in rooms on friday and Sunday was cold, it basically was warmer on saturday and thats it.

As mentioned they seemed very very annoyed it was like we were disturbing them, so felt quite unwelcome sadly.
Its like they would prefer work 1 day a week SATURDAY and thats it. No wonder there was nobody on the other days.

Pros:

Struttura imponente che ti fa respirare l'aria e il silenzio della montagna. Non manca nulla, spa, piscina interna, piscina esterna e idromassaggio esterno. Cibo ottimo e di qualità, cordialità e disponibilità regnano sovrani.
Super soddisfatta ci ritorneremo.

L’opzione di mezza pensione diventa molto comodo, ma questa volta, per motivi personali non potevamo usufruirne. Quindi, suggerisco di poter offrire ai clienti la scelta anche di un’opzione senza mezza pensione.

Non mi siete piaciuti voi di Bouking e vi spiego il perché: il mio soggiorno prenotato con voi era di soli 4 giorni, vi avevo chiesto se era possibile prolungare il soggiorno. Mi avete risposto che avevate scritto alla struttura ma che la struttura non vi aveva risposto. Si può avere la copia della mail da voi mandata alla struttura?
