Pros:

Ich war 6 Nächte im Green Stay. Die Sauberkeit, die Freundlichkeit des Personals sowie das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis war unschlagbar. Einfach Top! Ich bin oft unterwegs, aber noch nie hatte ich so eine saubere Unterkunft vorgefunden.
Obwohl das Personal nur Englisch sprach, hatte ich als ältere Person mit Smartphone null Probleme,
Vielen Dank an das tolle Team, Ihr seid einfach ein Traum von Personal.

Cons:

Das Bett war sehr niedrig.

Pros:

The location and staff were excellent. The rooms very comfortable.

Cons:

The place was still a little messy because restoration work was still going on. Nevertheless, it is definitely a value for money option.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful but no staff were present to deal with problems as they arose on the week-ends.

Cons:

A cleaner entered my apartment on Thurs or Friday to refresh the room and removed a personal item of mine; TV internet went out on Sunday for the whole complex but was not dealt with until the next day.

Pros:

Staffs are friendly and location is perfect. The hotel is located at the edge of central area of Essen. Also. three tram stations and one shopping mall (Limbecker Platz) near the hotel. Good hotel especially for a long stay.

Pros:

Extremly kind stuff. My plane was late so i arived 2 hours later than planed in the midle of the night and there was no problem with checking in. Also for checking out i had to departe at 4AM and they fixed everything so i could check out at that.
