La chambre était bien mais le reste décevant pour le prix
Pros:

La chambre était de très bonne qualité. Les équipements étaient modernes. La vue sur la mer et le balcon était très agréable.

Cons:

Nous sommes venues en avril (hors-saison). L'hôtel était encore en travaux. Ils annonçaient un spa ainsi qu'une salle de fitness qui n'étaient pas prêtes. Ce qui était décevant vu le prix du séjour.
L'accès au parking est très dangereux si on ne connaît pas les lieux ( à flan de falaise, pas de barrière de sécurité côté mer). Il y avait 5 place de parc pour l'ensemble de l'hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner était insuffisant en terme de qualité.

Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel eran las vistas desde la habitación.

Cons:

El hotel no disponía de los servicios que anunciaba, no estaba ni el spa ni el centro de bienestar (masajes...) abierto. Si no está disponible deberían avisar previamente. La calefacción de las habitaciones funcionaba muy mal. No solo pasamos frio en las habitaciones sino también en la zona de desayuno. El desayuno no fue para nada lo que esperábamos.

Traumlage und Traumurlaub - näher am Meer geht nicht!
Pros:

Wir waren wirklich begeistert vom Hotel. Der Blick aus unserem Dreibett-Zimmer war unglaublich schön. Den kann man nicht toppen. Direkt am Meer - näher geht nicht - und jeden Tag ein wunderschöner Sonnenuntergang. Das Hotel ist komplett neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker - immer mit frischem Obst, Pancakes und Crepes. Lediglich der Kaffee könnte stärker sein. Der Strand verfügt über einen schwimmenden Steg, über den man das Meer ebenfalls erreichen kann - eine sehr coole Sache, wenn etwas Wellengang ist.
Da das Hotel nicht ganz im Zentrum von Saranda liegt, ist es fein ruhig, außer der Musik von der hoteleigenen Beach Bar bis rund 23 Uhr.
In der Umgebung findet man viele nette und günstige Restaurants mit wunderbarem Fisch und Meeresfrüchten. Wir, meine zwei Töchtern und ich, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Cons:

Ausflüge und Bootstouren haben wir uns selbst organisiert, da war die Rezeption nicht besonders hilfreich, auch wenn alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich sind.

Pros:

Établissement confortable, avec une vue sur la mer extraordinaire. Chambre confortable

Cons:

Attention, peu de place de stationnement pour la voiture. Route en pente.
3 jours sans chambre et drap de bain changé malgré notre demande. Piscine verte et non praticable lors de notre séjour.
Le centre de Saranda est loin à pied et impossible de se garer en voiture. Le taxi très cher.

Fantastiskt hotell med underbar personal! Rekommenderas starkt!
Pros:

Vi älskade personalens oerhörda engagemang att få oss att trivas. Från den stunden man checkade in så kände man sig som en del av deras familj! Personalen i receptionen får fullpott och likaså Elton och killarna i beachbaren! Fantastiska rum med enastående utsikt. Vi kommer garanterat tillbaka redan nästa år. Tack för att ni gjorde vår resa helt toppen och vi rekommenderar detta hotell till alla!
