Beautiful views and nice room
Pros:

Beautiful views from our room and the restaurant, sunsets were amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was good and drinks were nice.

Cons:

Wristbands felt cheap, please find a better alternative. The breakfast options were limited, and the coffee was not nice. It would be good to have more hooks in the bathroom.

Wunderschönes Hotel in guter Lage, Service ist ausbaufähig!

Die Ausstattung und Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut! Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, ansprechend eingerichtet und die Betten gut! Das Personal am Empfang und an der Poolbar war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert! Am Nachmittag um 16 Uhr war unser Zimmer immer noch nicht gereinigt! Es wurden zwar die Handtücher entfernt, obwohl wir diese aufgehängt hatten und weiter benutzen wollten, aber nicht durch neue ersetzt!
Das Personal beim Frühstück wirkte total unmotiviert, es kam kein Lächeln über ihre Lippen und es schien wichtiger zu sein ins Handy zu schauen oder zu rauchen, anstatt sich um das Wohl der Gäste zu kümmern! Auch das Internet hat oft nur eingeschränkt funktioniert!

Es war eine schönes Hotel.
Pros:

Die Pool Anlage war sehr schön und hatte eine schöne Beachbar. Die Liegen waren am Strand reichlich vorhanden. Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich und ein schönes Badezimmer.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und war für jeder Person was zu finden und war lecker.

Cons:

Das Personal kam mir genervt vor.
Der Treppenabgang ins Meer war nicht ideal.
Der Balkon war viel zu klein bei uns im Zimmer. Die Getränke Preise an der Beachbar zu teuer.

L’hôtel, la piscine, le fait qu’il y ait une plage privée réservée aux clients de l’hôtel le petit déjeuner était quand même assez bien même si j’aurais aimé qui change car on avait pratiquement ça tous les jours et et sinon sinon mise à part le ménage le reste était nickel nickel et la wi-fi aussi. En tout cas au sixième étage n’était pas bonne on était très très mal.

Cons:

Le nettoyage n’était pas parfait. On a eu une chambre qui a mal été nettoyé et l’ancien du coup client qui était avant nous a laissé couler une boisson ce qui a attiré des fourmis et ça nous a du du coup on a eu une invasion de fourmis.
