Joelle Premium Hotel

Wrist bands are totally unnecessary and tacky. Having to pay cash not card in a main hotel is a bit odd and couldn’t charge anything to the room so why the hell the wristband ?? No sense. No water or water glasses in the room. Had to get your own from the bar. The hill it is on is insanely steep for cars!!

Das Bad hat sehr wenig Ablagefläche. Die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist eher für geübte Fahrer geeignet, es waren auch selten Plätze in der Tiefgarage vorhanden, so dass man auf der Steilstraße hat parken müssen. Die Mitarbeiter teilweise durchwachsen, was die Freundlichkeit und das Engagement angeht. Hervorzuheben sind zwei Mitarbeiter am Strand und Poolbereich., immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und motiviert.

Geen verschil tussen zwembad en zee want het is dezelfde water, enkel goed voor familie met kinderen in te spelen. Ontbijt is elke ochtend dezelfde, geen variatie, voor het geld dat ze vragen verwacht men meer. Personeel aan balie en personeel van kuisploeg zijn zeer vriendelijk maar personeel die rond hangt in ontbijt zaal blijft staren wat het oncomfortabel maakt. Lokatie is gevaarlijk voor nieuwe chauffeurs ! Zeker goed oppassen want het is steil om te rijden naar beneden.

Our stay was one of the most disappointing travel experiences we have ever had.

During the night, the owner’s wife entered our girls’ room using a master key without knocking or asking for permission. We were later told she had confused the room and had been drinking. This is not an excuse. Waking up to a stranger inside your room is a serious violation of privacy and guest safety.

The girls were terrified and could not sleep for the rest of the night because they no longer felt safe. Despite the seriousness of the incident, nobody offered us a sincere apology, accepted responsibility, or provided any compensation.

What made the situation even more disturbing was the behavior afterwards. The following day, the owner’s wife was sitting by the pool laughing and mocking the girls instead of showing any remorse for what had happened.

Unfortunately, this was not the only problem during our stay. We repeatedly had to ask for towels because there were never enough in the rooms, and at one point our bed linen was replaced with dirty bedding, which is completely unacceptable.

We also felt unwelcome in the restaurant. After the first evening, when we left what was apparently considered an insufficient tip, the restaurant staff’s attitude towards our group changed noticeably. We felt ignored and were reluctant to return because the service became unfriendly and unprofessional.

Overall, this property failed to provide even the basic standards of hospitality, cleanliness, professionalism, and guest safety. We left feeling disappointed, disrespected, and unsafe.

We strongly cannot recommend this property, especially for families, groups of women, or anyone who values privacy, cleanliness, and respectful treatment.

Camas separadas, chão sujo, pequeno almoço com pouca variedade. No último dia precisávamos de tomar o pequeno almoço 15 minutos mais cedo devido à viagem de 3h até Tirana e só nos permitiram levar para fora e sentimo-nos pressionados

tivemos problemas por dois dias com a agua quente na acomodacao, na qual nao nos foi dado nenhuma solucao. houve grande hesitacao por parte dos funcionarios em comunicar que eles estavam tendo problemas tecnicos.
Ha umha "regra" do hotel onde eles nao permitem nenhum tipo de alimento que nao seja serivido por eles. compramos frutas no mercado e gostariamos de descascalas, solicitei a recpcao uma faca, eles negaram e fui informado sobre essa regra do hotel. porem isso nao esta claramente descrito em nenhum lugar. para uma acomodacao 4 estrelas eu esperava um pouco mais de empatia com os hospedes.
Outro ponto tambem é sobre o estacionamento. caso voce chegue um pouco mais tarde, tera que procurar uma vaga fora da acomodaocao, pois no estacionamento coberto ha pouquissimas vagas, do lado de fora ha um grande morro no qual voce pode deixar seu carro tambem, mas sempre esta cheio.

Der Poolbereich mit der konstant lauten Musik eher unangenehm und auf den Bildern deutlich besser dargestellt als in Realität. Der Zugang zum Meer war über die Metaltreppe teilweise riskant.
Das Frühstück war leider etwas enttäuschend.
