Das Hotel erreicht man nur über 80 Stufen nach unten und wieder 80 Stufen nach oben. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich, willig und leider unfähig. Es gibt weder einen Cityplan oder Busplan, man kann keine Ausflüge buchen oder Geld umtauschen. Der Fitnessraum ist geschlossen. Es gibt nichts, was ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ausmacht.

The breakfast was a little disappointment.

We booked a room with two single beds, which was confirmed before arrival. However, upon check-in, we were given one large bed instead. The hotel asked us to pay first, and only afterwards informed us that they could not make any changes because they were “fully booked,” despite it not even being high season.

Additionally, several basic services were missing or poorly managed during our stay. Towels were not provided properly, cleaning supplies/ropes were left inside the bedroom, the promised water bottles were never delivered, and the tea bags were not refilled. On top of that, the bathroom slippers were taken away every day and not replaced.

The garage access was also very uncomfortable, requiring the car to go down a very steep slope. Even more surprising, the access to the pool was through the garage itself, which really reduced the feeling and overall experience expected from a 4-star hotel.

Overall, the experience did not meet the expectations promised at booking.

Pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre à votre arrivée.
Il y a un frigo mais vide
L’eau de la douche est très compliqué à règle nous avons galéré un moment avant de comprendre qui ne fallait pas ouvrir l’eau à fond pour qu’elle reste à la bonne température
Salle de sport fermer durant la journée
Parking petit et une cote de fou pour y accéder ( ça fait peur )
Il faut passé par le parking pour accéder à la piscine c’est moyen

La rampa che conduce all’albergo è ripidissima e l’albergo non ha posti sufficienti per parcheggiare la macchina. La colazione non corrisponde a un albergo a quattro stelle. I prodotti non sono di buona qualità. Negli spazi vicini alla piscina non si può riposare a causa dell’alto volume della musica che proviene dal bar, e questo senza interruzioni.

L’accueil désagréable au bar de la piscine. Nous avons commandé des bières qui étaient plus chères que le prix indiqué sur la carte sous prétexte que c’était un ancien menu. On se fait engueuler comme des enfants quand on mets de l’eau autour de la piscine parce que notre maillot de bain dégouline.

Locatie is met de auto een uitdaging. Je moet een steile helling af en wanneer je beneden bent is halverwege de receptie. Wanneer je een parkeerplaats hebt gereserveerd is dit geen garantie dat je deze krijgt! De parkeergarage is veel te klein, je wordt verzocht je sleutel bij de receptie af te geven waarna een overigens prima hotel medewerker verder bepaalt hoe en wat er met je auto gebeurd. Bij ons kwam het er op neer dat de auto op de helling ingeklemd stond en wij ca een half uur oponthoud hadden bij vertrek; niet echt *****-waardig.
Verder veel regeltjes en bij aankomst onder dwang een eenzijdige verklaring moeten ondertekenen.
