Pros:

Very helpful staff. Perfect base to arrive, safely store bags, and return after trek. Comfortable hotel too

I would not book it again.
Pros:

The staff was generally friendly, especially the kitchen- and laundry staff. And I was happy they had laundry service!

Cons:

Check in process was difficult because I didn’t find anyone at the reception/ responding to the doorbell or my phone call. Had to wait for a while to find staff.

The room was smelling like smoke, and in general: bad. When I pointed it out, staff told me they didn’t smell anything unusual and couldn’t fix it at the moment.

Also - you hear a lot of sound from other rooms, especially from the bathroom pipes. If neighbours use the bathroom at night, this will wake you up.

The location was not good, far away from the center and a bit sketchy. I was told by one local person to not walk around by myself at night.

The price-quality was not good. The rooms are too overpriced for this location and state of the rooms. The pictures of the room also don’t reflect the reality.

Pros:

The building is new and clean, even if it doesn't look nice from outside.
The breakfast was tasty.
Drinkable water dispensers are available for guests .
The hotel is very close to the bazar.

Cons:

The hotel entrance could be better but they were working on it during our visit, maybe it will be better.
