Fabulous stay at this hotel, central and quirky! Exceptional staff.
Pros:

Excellent location, I loved the quirky location of old and new! Lovely little courtyard space at the front with seating and lots of plants! Staff were exceptional and most helpful and pleasant. Lovely entrance to the hotel, very welcoming and bright. Very clean and inviting. Close to the main boulevard and nice cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved. Not much selection and coffee could be better from the machine.

Niente. Tutto sporco e rotto. Ruggine ovunque. Capelli, polvere e sporco ovunque. Sembrava un incubo. Si trova in una via che sembrava di stare nelle favelas. Colazione da brividi.comtenitori sporchi e zero possibilità di scegliere. La doccia con sportelli rotti e ruggine. Lavandino e doccia si tappavano con pochissima acqua. Puzza.

Hard to find but ok for overnight once you’re here. Breakfast adequate.

Cons:

Trots att vi hade meddelat vår ankomsttid i förväg fick vi problem vid incheckningen. Personalen sa först att vi inte skulle kunna checka in sent på kvällen. Efter en del diskussioner lyckades vi till slut få tillgång till vårt rum.
Nästa morgon förklarade hotellet att de hade missförstått vår ankomsttid och tog därför ut en extra avgift på 30 euro. Utöver detta var särskilt nattpersonalen ganska otrevlig.
Under natten vaknade vi flera gånger på grund av högt ljud i korridoren. Hotellet är dessutom ganska gammalt och standarden när det gäller renlighet är bristfällig.

Repetiriamos. De hecho estuvimos 4 noches al principio del viaje y 1 al final, tras 1 mes.
Pros:

Ubicación inmejorable. El desayuno es buffet y muy completo.
El personal muy amable, Nos dejaron entrar a la habitacion antes de la hora del check-in.
Nosotros solemos elegir hotel por tener recepcion 24 horas y en este caso es asi ,con un contacto directo con el personal del hotel, que como digo fué perfecto

Great stay, will come again!
Pros:

The staff I encountered were very welcoming and friendly.
The location is central and well within reach of attractions and meeting points for tours from Tirana.
The towels were changed each day and was more than adequate for my needs.
The breakfast is plentiful and has a range of things to indulge in. If available, try the warm croissants!!

Wielki apartament

Cons:

Śniadania wege to kpina. Lewicowa ideologia na moim talerzu. Zmuszanie do jedzenia które jest pozbawione mięsa. Nie chcesz jeść mięsa to nie zmuszaj do tego innych. Granolla i banan to nie śniadanie.

Excellent reception staff
Pros:

Very friendly lady on reception (originally from The Philippines) checked us in and also organised a taxi for us to the airport during the protests against the government. So appreciate that. Room was clean and bed comfortably.
