the “VIP/lux” room was in not the shape as the pictures. Needs a lot of work: change shower, maintanance of cables and better kitchen equilment

Loved the staff… the rooms need work.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, they had a fridge which was nice.

Cons:

The rooms are dated and a bit run down… they don’t have a cozy comfortable vibe.

Las fotos engañan: una gran decepción.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. Las instalaciones son pésimas y no tienen nada que ver con las fotografías publicadas.

La habitación disponía de cocina, pero no contaba con ningún utensilio, por lo que era imposible utilizarla. Además, el baño tenía un olor muy desagradable y la falta de limpieza hacía que no apeteciera ni ducharse.

La cama y las almohadas eran extremadamente incómodas; el colchón estaba en tan mal estado que parecía tener "montañas". En general, las instalaciones se encuentran deterioradas, sucias y muy descuidadas.

Quiero destacar que el personal de recepción fue amable y correcto. Sin embargo, el personal del desayuno fue muy poco atento y, en algunos casos, maleducado. La presentación y el aspecto de la comida tampoco invitaban a consumirla.

Otro punto negativo es la ubicación, ya que el hotel se encuentra en un callejón que genera sensación de inseguridad, especialmente por la noche.

Por último, el hotel se anuncia como un establecimiento de tres estrellas, pero, sinceramente, no considero que alcance ni siquiera una. También es importante saber que el aparcamiento no se encuentra en el hotel y, además, es de pago.

No volvería ni lo recomendaría.

Posizione centralissima , pulizia della camera e grandezza ottima

Cons:

La camera mancava di prese elettriche , le luci sui comodini non potevano essere attaccate perché non c’erano presi disponibili vicino , era presenti solamente una presa oltre a quella del frigorifero.
Mancavano anche gli appendi asciugamani , appenderli alle maniglie o alla porta non era il massimo.
La colazione non pervenuta era molto ma molto scarsa oltre che non di buona qualità
