Panie z restauracji i kuchni zepsuły wszystko
Pros:

Sam pokój był w porządku — czysty, wygodny, bez zarzutów. Manager i recepcjoniści (szczególnie młody mężczyzna) byli super, naprawdę mili i profesjonalni, co bardzo doceniam. Poszli mi na rękę z płatnością, zrobiłam przelew, bo nie działała mi karta, a oni poczekali na niego 🙂

Cons:

Niestety, atmosfera podczas śniadania była wyjątkowo niekomfortowa. Zostałam otwarcie upomniany przez pracownika kuchni za zgarnięcie oliwy z oliwek z jogurtu (dosłownie niewielką ilość wylaną na wierzch do ozdoby). Powiedziano mi, (przy wszystkich!) że nie wolno mi brać oliwy z powierzchni. Sprostowanie z powodu kilku kropel oliwy wydawało mi się niepotrzebne i upokarzające. Innym razem, pierwszego dnia, zabrałam trochę jedzenia do pokoju (byłam świeżo po operacji i musiałam zażyć leki). Zamiast grzecznie poinformować mnie o zasadach, Pani z kuchni dosłownie na mnie nakrzyczała, przy czym zaznaczę.. Nigdzie nie było widocznego znaku informującego o zakazie wnoszenia jedzenia do pokoju! Przez resztę pobytu byłam przez nie obserwowana, obmawiana (mówiły między sobą regularnie na moj temat myśląc, że nie znam języka) i oceniana podczas śniadania, co tworzyło naprawdę nieprzyjemną atmosferę. Doświadczenie hotelowe to nie tylko pokój – to również sposób, w jaki traktowani są goście. Niestety, zachowanie niektórych pracowników kuchni sprawiło, że poczułam się niemile widziana. Zarząd i recepcjoniści byli wspaniali, ale obsługa śniadaniowa znacząco wpłynęła na moje ogólne wrażenia.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable y hacen todo lo posible para satisfacer las necesidades del visitante. Habitación comoda, muy buen desayuno y localizado muy cerca del centro.

Cons:

El hotel esta ubicado en una calle lateral no muy bonita, los vecinos estacionan sus autos y a veces esto impide la llegada de taxis hasta el hotel. Al interior del hotel hay algunas escalas y desniveles entre recepción, lugar de desayuno y el ascensor. Se escuchan ruidos y conversaciones de las habitaciones contiguas.

The location is good and central, and it was quiet. Decent room, very comfortable bed, clean. Excellent value.

Just minor things like no sink plug -- it was also a chore to keep shower water in the shower.
