We enjoyed it and would happily return in season when the pool is open and hopefully the bar stays open later :)
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff

Cons:

We were told the bar didn’t stay open past 9pm so we returned early one night hoping to have a drink at the hotel and it was still closed at 8.30.

Cost effective hotel with a great location, an excellent and helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel has a great location within walking distance to everything. Parking is available for a small fee. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The personnel at the reception are very kind, understanding, and helpful. Great staff. Mistakenly, we booked the wrong dates on the booking.com website. They were kind enough to move the dates we intended to stay at no extra fee. The breakfast is good and international with a good selection of fruits as well.

Cons:

Nothing. We were very happy with the stay.

Superb hotel, great service, great location...will come again
Pros:

We stayed at the Ascot Sorrento for 3 nights with a one year old baby and a 5 year old kid.. amazing service, location, size of the rooms perfect for stay of 4 person in one room. Breakfast is awesome. Staff super friendly and helpful. Clean tidy rooms. Hotel restaurant serve food for lunch and dinner , very convenient. Superb stay. Thanks to all staff. Will come again. Highly recommend family friendly hotel.

Lärm rund um die Uhr

Leider konnte ich kaum schlafen oder mich erholen, da das Zimmer enorm hellhörig war und ich somit rund um die Uhr Lärm hatte.... Vom Flur hat man alles gehört, jeden reden, jede Tür knallen und auch aus den Nachbarzimmern war extrem unangenehm wirklich alles zu hören,laute Fernseher, Telefonate, schnarchen, Möbelrücken... Ebenso von draußen von der Straße.... Es war kein zur Ruhefinden möglich, daher war der Aufenthalt äußerst ungut für mich... Und ich war froh, abreisen zu können... Auch die Betten waren sehr unbequem, mit Plastik überzogen... Und es liefen mehrere silberfisch durchs Zimmer... An den Betten entlang und unter der Glasplatte auf dem tiach.... Schade, da das hotel an sich nett gewesen wäre und auch die Lage war gut....
