I will be returning staff exceptional!
Pros:

Everything about the hotel wa perfect staff exceptional. I had an accident in the street the staff went over and above to make sure I was comfortable at all times. The breakfast was sensational. I highly recommend this hotel I will definitely be booking my next vacation to Lebanon to stay at hotel Lost 10 out of ten!!

Cons:

Only issue although it’s an old building but stunningly renovated it doesn’t have a lift

A huge shoutout to Nana, Roy, Elisa, Saad, Maen, and Eli for making the experience so special! Their warmth, kindness, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail are what set LOST apart. You can really feel the passion they put into what they do, and their hospitality is nothing short of outstanding. They don’t just serve you; they make you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Hotel Lost is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely bar and dining area, located in the heart of Gemmayzeh. With cafés, bars, art galleries and local attractions all within walking distance, it was the perfect base for exploring Beirut.

Nana and the entire team were incredibly welcoming, professional and attentive throughout my stay. They provided great local recommendations and also organised my transportation for day trips to Byblos and Batroun, which made everything so easy.

Joseph, who transported me, was also incredibly professional and insightful — I ended up getting a little tour along the way too! 😊

The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained, and breakfast is included — another bonus!

Thank you to Nana and the Hotel Lost team for making my stay in Beirut so enjoyable ☺️🤍

A must visit in the heart of Beirut
Pros:

Staff were amazing, so welcoming and helpful.. the location is amazing for someone who likes historical places and to live the vibes, breakfast was so yummy and coffee was always just on point

Cons:

Needs some improvement on toilet and towels cleaning, rather than that everything was as expected and what I wanted to live and feel

المكان جدا جميل ومريح لكن الخدمه نوعا ما متعجرفه عدا مايا الشقراء تلبس نظارات قمه باللطافه والادب

المكيف لايعمل بشكل جيد الفطور ممل ومقيد لايوجد خدمه غرف او يخدموك حسب مزاجهم الاكل لذيذ العاملين بعضهم لطيف والبعض الاخر جدا وقحين مره رجعنا ساعه 1 ليلا لايوجد احد بالفندق والباب مغلق اضطررنا للاستعانه بالجيران وانتضرنا ساعتين لا احد يرد وبعدين ردوا وقالو يفتح بالكارت وهم لم يبلغونا بذلك وكانو جدا وقحين حسسونا انو نحنا الغلطانين اول مره اقعد بفندق يسكر الباب ومافي لا بواب ولا حارس
