お値段的には仕方ない所はありそう。
Pros:

駅から近い点は助かりました。また朝ごはんも安く食べられたので助かりました。オートロックなので大きな荷物がある場合は使いやすいです。

Cons:

タバコの匂いがとにかくすごい、古い設備なのかして、エアコンの操作が基本出来ないのが不便でした。またユニットバスが小さいのも少し不便。これらを目をつぶればコスパいいと思います。
