Cons:

We spoke with the property owner two days before our arrival and confirmed the date and arrival time. However, when we reached the hotel, we were informed that all rooms had already been sold out. Since we were a group of four members, we were initially given a very small room. After waiting for nearly three hours, we were finally allotted a double-bed room. Additionally, the property owner spoke to us very rudely, which made our stay unpleasant.

It was a comfortable stay as we traveled to Tirumala & Kanipakam, used room for resting only.
Pros:

Within mixuse zone, good location for multi-mode transportation near by like bus, train, taxi availability etc., Recommended for persons who come to city via public transport. As there's no parking space for private vehicles (unless you are ready to park outside the plot).

Good stay.
Pros:

It was a joyful pilgrimage trip ❤️to Tirupathi. Stay at the Hotel was superb with tge required amenities. Staff and Attenders were very much obliged and done good service. Good Hospitality. Hotel being a newly built, rooms are neat and comfortable to stay.

Cons:

It is my advice to the property owner to maintain and keep the infrastructure good so as to keep their customers Happy.Any business thrives only on careful planning and execution. Team work plays a vital role to improve it.

No ev charging station worse staff behaviour
Cons:

They falsely advertised the availability of an electric vehicle charging station, which led us to plan our trip and activities based on inaccurate information. Consequently, we were forced to alter our arrangements due to this misrepresentation. Furthermore, the service staff exhibited poor performance, neglecting their duties until the time of checkout, when their primary focus appeared to be financial transactions. This reflects exceptionally poor management.
