Liked the courteous approach of staff. I saw smiling staff.. The front desk called back to check if the task was completed or not?.

Cons:

A non skid bathroom mat to prevent falls by slipping.

I BOOOKED FOR DELUX ROOM & AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN I REQUEST THE ROOM AS PER PROFILE ON BOOKING .COM, THEY CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR THAT ROOM & IA HAD PAID EXTRA BY CASH.
