Après avoir payer plus cher pour changer de chambre, cette dernière était bien mieux. Rien d’exceptionnel.
Les chambres sont vétustes, très très sales, la salle de bain je n’en parle pas. Il n’y a qu’une seule prise dans toute la chambre et c’est pour la TV. Les couvertures et les draps ne sont pas à la taille du lit et on y trouve traces et cheveux qui ne sont pas les notre.

Location is good,10 minutes away from the boat harbour and the staff was helpful when we asked to be moved to another room.
The hotel was very dirty. Bed linen were full of stains and we found ants and cockroaches in the bathroom. Restaurant was closed.
the location is very close to the ferry harbor, good to stay if you have late evening transit and tired of driving further more.
there is no food at all. they said the restaurant is closed ages ago, no good restaurants at a walkable distance. only grocery stores.

This hotel was close to ketapang, however it really need renovations in some location.
But it's really worth the money of you just need a transit hotel

Hotel staff was very hepful, recommended 24 hours clinic nearby, when Puskesmas across the street was closed. We needed health certificate to access Ijen crater. The staff also lent us umbrella since it was raining everday
