Pros:

Перш за все: все те, що ви могли прочитати в коментарях про цей готель - це правда)
Ми теж читали ці коментарі до і під час перебування там.
В принципі, все нормально, але ціна (і пафос) трохи зашкалює)
І про порожні пляшки на вітрині бару замість реальних напоїв - теж правда.
І про те, що коли сидіння унітазу підняте, злив води попадає тобі на ноги - теж правда.
Ну і головне, ця застава і "правила" і "ціни" за майно, які можна почитати вже в номері, ще трохи і примусили б нас лягати "на килимочку" під дверима, щоб не дай Боже нічого з майна отелю не пошкодити.
Якщо без жартів, то це негарно все виглядало.
Тому наступного разу, пошукаємо щось інше.

Cons:

Ну приїхали після проходження кордону, досить пізно, ясна річ, голодні як вовки.
Замовили їжу ще тільки на півдорозі до готелю, як тільки перетнули кордон.
Все чудово, і взагалі, після закордонних пригод (і нюансів), наявність пізної вечері з доставкою в номер було просто як мед на душу.
Та тільки от.. принесли її загалом десь за півтори години після нашого чек-іну.
Казали, що там якийсь був банкет (вже після опівночі), ну може, але орієнтували на півгодини, а вийшло як вийшло.
Навіть уже не побігли в нічний магазин (а там такий працює, на розі, теж місцеві дива як на наші часи).

Розташування, великий номер

Cons:

Готель зовсім не відповідає свої ціні. Сніданок дуже маленький, просто одне блюдо на вибір і не великого розміру. Без десерту чи ще чогось.
5000 грн то занадто.

Pros:

Perfect location in the centre of town near all great spots. Good and modern rooms. Friendly reception that speaks English and are willing to help.
Really good beds and showers, I had a great sleep.

Cons:

It's an older, refitted, building. Because it's not a new build the windows are a little bit oddly shaled. So my room only had one small window without blinds (only curtain). So a little annoying that I couldn't make it completely dark, but also didn't have a view.

В целом , если говорить об инфраструктуре- хороший удобный отель.
Pros:

Завтрак очень слабый

Cons:

Брать 3000 грн как залог-это оскорбительно по отношению к гостям. Как по мне это низко и не тактично .

Прекрасное расположение, но персонал портит все впечатление.
Pros:

Прекрасній завтрак и расположение . Приготовили сендвич в дорогу . Есть парковка.

Cons:

Персонал очень медлительный. Номера на втором этаже имеет очень маленькие окна под потолком. Ресторан работает только на завтраки. В целом цена аз номер сильно завышена. Почти 10 тыс гр за две ночи.

На завтрак хотелось бы добавить сыр и хлеб с маслом. В отелях с более низкой стоимостью это включено

Отель понравился, номер тоже. Очень чисто и уютно.

Cons:

Плохая шумоизоляция. Было слышно, что в коридоре происходит и звуки за стеной.

Very pleasant!
Pros:

Due to my early train time, I had leave the hotel before the breakfast time. They packed a meal for me to eat on the train. How nice!!!!

Cons:

For early check out, it seemed a gentleman who helped didn't quiet know the process of checking out so it took longer than it should.
