I enjoyed my stayed in the hotel as it offered perfect location to tour tourist spots.
Pros:

The breakfast was awesome, with lots of varieties to choose from. And for the location? There is no other place to be as close to the area with lots of tourist attractions, within walking distance from each other. The hotel offered that advantage.

Cons:

The bathroom is a little cramped. Not enough space for comfort. They can do better with dusting of the rooms windows and stairs.

renovations en cours à l'hotel. Nous avons echangé des emails et nous n'avons pas eté avertis de ce detail. Donc on nous a demandé de faire les payments en cash, car la receprion "improvisé" n'avait pas les connections necessaires pour payer avec les cartes credit. Dificile à ce faire comprendre en anglais (francais exclus). Le telephone en chambre a sonné 3 x pendant la nuit, type 1h40, meme plus tard. Explication: problèmes due aux renovations. petit dejeuner decevant, pas de beurre/confiture. Quand tu demandes, personne comprend ce que tu veux

Pros:

Position géographique imbattable, à 5min de Sainte-Sophie et Sultanahmet (Mosquée Bleue), très belle vue depuis la chambre sur la mosquée bleue, bonne isolation, réactivité des femmes de ménages, personnel sympathique

Cons:

Не соответствует заявленному, номер грязный, в ванной комнате плесень, об уборке не шло и речи, полы не мыли не до нас, не вовремя нашего пребывания, душевую кабину так же не мыли, все что делает персонал это меняет полотенца и выносит мусор. Терраса на крыше которая якобы есть, ее НЕТ!

A szálláshelyet mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudjuk.
Pros:

A reggeli és a vacsora választékos és finom volt, tetszett, hogy voltak az ételek között török nemzeti ételek, helyi specialitások. A személyzet segítőkészsége fantasztikus. Az ágy rendkívül kényelmes volt, ilyen jól még sehol nem pihentünk.

Nincs olyan, ami nem tetszett, csak pozitívan tudunk vélekedni.

El trato del personal de recepcion y la habitacion, la cual era una pasada por sus vistas

La comida. Desayuno y cena incluidos pero la cena dejaba MUCHO que desear y a mi novia, al ser vegetariana, el cocinero le insinuó que tendría que pagar extra. Al dia siguiente la cena de mi novia fue literalmente parte del desayuno (literalmente, lo que ponian para desayunar lo pusieron para cenar)

El ultimo dia un chico joven del personal hizo una cena perfecta. Entendemos que el cocinero que estaba anteriormente habrá tenido una mala semana o algo parecido, pero por culpa de eso nuestra experiencia no ha sido agradable en cuanto a la comida.

Al ser una cosa que concierne a un único trabajador y haberse portado tan bien el chaval que hemos mencionado, no hemos querido perjudicar la nota que tiene el hotel actualmente, pero la comida ha sido de verguenza.
