Pros:

Easy check in the door was left unlocked and the keys was on table. 4 passes to water park was nice. And location was good.

Cons:

Tvs in the 2 bedrooms did not work. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom you could fill the springs. The pillows were flat. A metal trash can by our room was filled with crab shells and other stuff so it smelled and it was like that the whole week. The people next to us put wet clothes out all over the porch, their underwear on the floor. The pool looked green and not to inviting. I went into office a couple times and never seen anyone.

Lost three nights of Sleep
Pros:

Easy Access to beach and hiking

Cons:

Place had ants and flies. The other people staying there were riding bikes and skate boards on deck until late at night.You could hear adults and children yelling and running up and downstairs all night. They advertised a heated indoor pool but when I got there that day was told pool had an issue and was not available
