Pros:

Não é pé na areia, mas é bem próximo o praia. E tem vários restaurantes e lanchonetes próximos.
O café da manhã delicioso. Os funcionários todos muito gente boa.

Cons:

Não tem estacionamento, mas a rua é bastante tranquila, meu veículo ficou em frente a pousada.
