Stylish Stay in CDMX
Pros:

Only a few minutes walk from the Zocalo. The suite was immaculate as if it had just been completed. Large windows to let the atrium light which could be fully shaded for privacy. A large outside jacuzzi pool which i unfortunately didn't get ti enjoy. Perhaps another time!

All good.

If you want clean and spacious, stay here
Pros:

The rooms were big and very comfortable. The location was excellent. Staff was very friendly (only spoke Spanish) but was able to communicate via translator🙂

Would recommend for a central location. Safe and comfortable
Pros:

The location at zocalo.
Staff was fantastic. William and jose Luis. Feels very safe. Very comfortable. Spacious for 2 people. Nice courtyard. Very bright.

Cons:

Minor complaints like worn out towels.
Minor repairs needed.

La amabilidad del encargado de recepción. Los
dos que estuvieron fueron muy serviciales. Excelente servicio.

Cons:

Desde unos días antes traté de comunícame al hotel. Nunca contestan. El número es de una licenciada que lo atiende, pero solo lo hace si ella tiene tiempo. Pero el trato de sus empleados la rescata. Si no es por ellos, hubiera cancelado.

Exceeds expectations
Pros:

Everything was spectacular. It far exceeded my expectations. Big luxurious bathroom, nice balcony, great third floor area to relax in the morning, great friendly staff! Couldn't ask for more

Cons:

Had to ask for more toilet paper and water each day. The lights were a bit much. It had super bright lights that lit up the whole room. Had to use the small side light by the beds or couch that was not enough at night.

Logement de qualité en plein centre historique de Mexico
Pros:

Emplacement idéal à proximité immédiate du Zocalo. Hôtel de charme et de standing. Chambre de type loft spacieux et bien équipé. Personnel de la réception très agréable et sympathique, aux petits soins pour leurs clients

Cons:

Le ménage n'a pas été réalisé comme il était prévu durant le séjour. Il serait préférable de vider les poubelles quotidiennement

Pros:

Spacious but empty.

Cons:

Too antiquated (= damn old!) and under-staffed. No online system to check you in. The front guy uses a notebook to keep reservations!

No English-speaking front desk, poor services, bad lock mechanism of the front gate. No electrical outlet by the bed. No hot shower and clogged sinks!!!!!!
