Pros:

Location and size of room was excellent

Cons:

Access and exit to the property. Waiting around for the receptionist to be there to get out and initially enter the property was annoying

The only thing that is nice about the hotel is the old elevator. I’m not recommending that hotel to my friends.

It’s near the places I wanted to visit.

Cons:

The receptionist that greeted us when we arrived. He was rude and condescending. He thought we don’t understand Spanish he basically told us in Spanish that if we were in Mexico we should speak their language. If that’s how they promote tourism then he just failed tourism 101.

A great place to stay when visiting Mexico City - safe and friendly.
Pros:

Perfect location right in Centro Historico. Well-equipped spacious clean apartment. William and José on the front desk were there 24/7 making us feel so safe and they could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The caretaker Julian helped me when I could not start the treadmill in the gym (my error!) and he was so friendly and speaks great English- a real asset!

Location to the Zócalo. Walk ability, the design of the building. William from the front desk was awesome.

Cons:

It took a long time to get hot water to take a shower and once hot it only lasted a few minutes.

The staff made it memorable
Pros:

The staff we’re very helpful. Julian spoke great English. Ask for him if struggling to communicate. He should be promoted to the front desk. William was very kind and went out his way to help us with the room setup. Jose Luis , Sandra , Miss Lilna all lovely staff members of Casa Hermann

Posizione e addetti reception molto gentili e disponibili.

Cons:

In tre giorni non sono mai venuti a pulire la stanza , ma non so è cosí essendo tipo suite con angolo cottura stile appartamentini..almeno lasciare una scopa per spazzare .

英語は全く通じないので、翻訳アプリでの対応だったが、スタッフは親切に対応してくれた

Cons:

道路に面した部屋で、夜は騒音でうるさくて眠れず、睡眠不足でつらい滞在だった。
シャワーの水圧も弱かった
部屋の掃除は2日に１回

What initially felt like a great place to stay - was totally ruined by poor service
Pros:

The location is perfect to explore the city, very clean at check in, huge room and big bathroom, patio with a pool

Cons:

- Check in process was fully on paper and took 15 minutes at 10pm after the airport.
- There were three of us and we were given just one card for the room. We were told that additional cards are not provided.
- 5 nights and zero housekeeping (were told they do every other day), nobody came to even take the trash at least once.
- We were told we cannot check out later by an hour, because they “have work to do”. Considering they don’t really do proper housekeeping - not sure what they meant by that. I didn’t see many guests either and many rooms were available for booking.
- Clogged sink.
- Bed sheets were all stained.
