La piscine n’était pas remplie la première partie de notre séjour. Le déjeuner était aussi plus copieux la deuxième partie seulement.

Pros:

Really beautiful place to stay
Staff were lovely and really helpful
Literally 3 mins from the main medina but down enough of a side street it was not loud
Cleaned exceptionally
Loved the breakfast served on the roof, gorgeous
Air con was a life saver in the raging heat

Cons:

Smelt a little bit damp at times
Bin would have been nice in the room not just next to toilet
Shower pressure in our room was not great, not sure if this is common for the country though

Super emplacement, personnel très aimable. Joli Riad caché au cœur de la médina à deux pas de la place et à proximité des commerces. Petit dej parfait, calme.

Cons:

Monter au 2eme étage puis redescendre pour avoir accès à la petite piscine.
Tuyau de la douche tout percé = pas de pression…

Séjour très bien dans l’ensemble sauf pour l’accessibilité en fauteuil roulant !
Pros:

L’accueil au top par toutes les personnes croisées dans le Riad.
L’emplacement plus que parfait.
Piscine, petit bassin assez agréable. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Cons:

Salle de bain qui mérite un bon coup de neuf.
Établissement marqué comme accessible en fauteuil roulant ce qui est faux, marches pour rentrer dans le Riad, marche dans le salle de bain, …
Merci de ne pas mettre que c’est accessible en fauteuil roulant ! Pourtant bien précisé et demandé !

Une belle découverte au cœur de Marrakech
Pros:

L’emplacement, la piscine au frais, le calme alors que nous étions en pleine médina, les petits déjeuners très copieux et bons, la décoration, le personnel…

Cons:

Problème de climatisation le premier jour mais le personnel a su réagir pour nous changer de chambre et tout s’est bien passé.

Cons:

The 0.5 cl water was 20 dirhams per bottle and only told us at checkout. Watch out on that. We also found a cockroach in our room.

Un petit-déjeuner un peux plus copieux. Devoir payer un supplément si on veux utiliser le hammam dans l hôtel.

Personal molt amable,molt bon esmorzar i céntrica ubicació respecte la plaça Jmal el Fna.

L'habitació era dalt de tot ,malgrat 'aparell d'aire acondicionat era un forn.
