Cons:

We booked 2 triple rooms, we paid for 2 triple rooms, and we got 1 triple and 1 double were the double room is too small even for 2 ppl, the bathroom does not even have a glass to separate the shower.
Moreover, when we arrived there, and we told them about our situation, they never replied back. Till now we haven't got any response.
Thankfully the 6th person never came so we manage to stay.

Excellent stay in great location
Pros:

Amazing comfortable hotel with modern decor. Really nice to come off the slopes and there be a warm hot tub to get into.
Comfortable lounge area too, barely used!

Evening restaurant very reasonably priced, good dinner!

Really pleased with our stay here.

Cons:

Some of the breakfast items on buffet were cold.

Fantastic friendly and quirky hotel in a great location! Excellent value for money

Cons:

Remote tv controls didn’t work and staff couldn’t fix them so no tv viewing during stay

Pros:

Nothing. This booking was a disaster.

Cons:

We were told there was no room at the hotel which we booked! We were moved to a hotel further away from the slopes upon arrival - no means for travel offered so we had to walk with big suitcases and skis.
The receptionist when we arrived at the new hotel was rude and did not care that we had been moved last minute - no compensation was offered.
The room was horrible, tiny and full of ants.
The level of customer service was appalling and were told that we would have to fork out another £400 for a different room.
I will never book this hotel again.
Booking.com were also useless at remedying the situation.

Бутиков хотел. Разположението е на топ място в кк Боровец. Джакузето и салната работеха по желан от нас час.

Great location, clean, comfortable and hotel was very pretty. Hot tub and sauna an extra bonus!

Really well done and clean & comfy. Great location too.

Cons:

The only small thing is the breakfast hot food was on the cold side, so could do with lids on to keep warm. However, there was lots of choice. Everything else was amazing!

Le jacuzzi exterieur très agréable
Le petit déjeuner et la déco du restaurant tout en bois.
La proximité du lift et du centre.

Cons:

Manque de jus de fruits au petit déjeuner.
