Pros:

Nothing. This booking was a disaster.

Cons:

We were told there was no room at the hotel which we booked! We were moved to a hotel further away from the slopes upon arrival - no means for travel offered so we had to walk with big suitcases and skis.
The receptionist when we arrived at the new hotel was rude and did not care that we had been moved last minute - no compensation was offered.
The room was horrible, tiny and full of ants.
The level of customer service was appalling and were told that we would have to fork out another £400 for a different room.
I will never book this hotel again.
Booking.com were also useless at remedying the situation.

Great location, clean, comfortable and hotel was very pretty. Hot tub and sauna an extra bonus!
Pros:

Really well done and clean & comfy. Great location too.

Cons:

The only small thing is the breakfast hot food was on the cold side, so could do with lids on to keep warm. However, there was lots of choice. Everything else was amazing!

Charmant séjour
Pros:

Le charme et le confort des chambre.
Le jacuzzi exterieur très agréable
Le petit déjeuner et la déco du restaurant tout en bois.
La proximité du lift et du centre.

AMAZING!
Pros:

A great value hotel. Clean and centrally located. Breakfast is very good. Should be preferred. The outdoor jacuzzi experience was wonderful.

Disappointing!
Pros:

We got there and the hotel said they had no room for us and got someone to take us to another hotel which was less stars and cheaper than this one. Noone spoke English enough for me to complain or ask how this happened. Not happy at all! It was meant to be a special trip away going back to the first place we ever went on holiday. This did not happen!

This property does not meet hotel standards at all. The spa area is extremely small, comparable to a limited private home facility rather than a hotel spa.
Regarding hygiene, the entire property appears to be contaminated. The rooms are carpeted, and the carpets have absorbed moisture and emit unpleasant odors, indicating a high level of bacterial contamination. As a result, insects were also present in the room.
The restaurant staff was very unfriendly. Additionally, the coffee machine was not operational for several days, and during breakfast, the beverage machine was removed two to three times, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel.
In my opinion, this property does not deserve a single star and is far below my expectations and previous experiences.

Beautiful borivets ski resort
Pros:

Everything! The jacuzzi and sauna was gorgeous, perfect location, lovely friendly staff and great food, a warm cosy room, couldn’t have asked for more!
