朝食の改革がない限り次はない。
Pros:

コーヒーが美味しいです。部屋に2杯分のコーヒー豆が無料で提供されており自分で挽いて淹れるのですが、とても香りが良く美味しいです。私は毎日レギュラーコーヒーを飲みますが、こんな美味しいコーヒーは飲んだことがないレベルです。また、朝食も素晴らしいです。メニューは二つしかないので連泊する人にはつらいかもしれませんが、私が宿泊したときはポキ丼とフレンチトーストで、3泊したのでどちらも食べましたが、クオリティーは高く美味しいです。部屋は決して広くありませんが、照明などの調度品、コーヒーポットやグラス、壁の絵画など、おしゃれにまとめられています。

Cons:

致命的なのは朝食が遅いことです。朝7:30からじゃないと提供がなぬ、しかも、フレンチトーストは頼んでから15分ぐらい待たされたため、食べ始めるのが8時前になってしまいます。ビジネスホテルとしては朝が遅すぎて朝食を食べられない人もいるのではないか。私も１日は食べられませんでした。遅くとも7時、できれば6:30からサーブしてくれないと使えません。仕事は7-8時から始まるものも多いです。朝食の時間まで調べて予約しないので盲点でした。

Pros:

地下鉄駅が近く空港リムジンバスバス停も近いので便利。コンビニ、スーパーも近い。一階のカフェは若干高く感じたがおしゃれで美味しい。
部屋はシンプル。シャワーのみで問題ないが狭い。便利で安いのでまた機会があれば利用すると思う。

Cons:

カフェの閉店が早い。
シャワーが狭く、シャンプーなどのおくのがガタガタ動いて使いにくい。

快適でした
Pros:

カフェに自由に出入りできるので、食事も休息も気兼ねなく楽しめました。
また、駐車場を確保しておけるので、連泊で出入りが頻繁でも駐車場探しの心配ないです。

Cons:

夜間にフロント対応がないことくらいです。計画的に利用すれば問題ないです。

Pleasant stay!
Pros:

First, great location, more or less than 5 minutes away from the Tozai line, Kikusui station, which is located underneath a max value supermarket, easy for local shopping. Convenient store just across the street for a midnight or any time cravings or need.

The hotel itself is comfortable, I booked a room in their new building next to the main building, very clean, the digital door is convenient for easy access. The staff were nice, I was there for a business trip, and needed to iron my clothes, they were very kind to lend me the iron with a board for my whole stay! Requested a full room service since I had a long stay, and it was excellent. They have in-building coin laundry and dryer, so useful for a long stay in this summer heat and humidity. Too bad, I was too busy, didnt get the chance to have breakfast or dine in their cafe, but it looked very cozy. Check-in and check out was made easy too.

Overall it was a nice stay, definitely recommending this place, not only here but also to friends and family who plan to come to Sapporo.

Cons:

It's not the hotel itself, but just some other occupants making repeating knocking noise in the middle of the night, weird 😅

期待しています
Pros:

カフェにはたくさんの本があり、ゆっくり過ごせました。

Cons:

森彦のホテルとしての美しさや世界観を期待していただけに、残念に感じる点が多くありました。

建築や内装、家具の配置、空気感をはじめ、室内着、清掃、食事、プライバシーへの配慮、商品の品質など、全体的に期待とのギャップを感じました。

スタッフの皆さんは一生懸命対応されていましたが、全体としては研修中のような印象を受け、運営面での混乱も感じられました。
