Booked for AC room, but no AC ,no heater was available in this high cost room.
When once checked the room facilities details in booking.com, there were visibly available the AC facility. But when next time checking it went disappeared.
For one night without required facilities the cost is very high.
So disappointed.
I loved the lighting, the cleanliness and the calm and silent environment. The best was simply awesome! loved the mattress.)
It's not like I didn't like, but an improvement could be the bed placement. Since it was a couple booking, there is no point in placing the beds that far.

The room amenities provided are good . As a guest I am happy to stay their with my wife before it I stayed in a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels. Even they didn't provided such things and there is a restaurant nearby it approx 40 meters away name as dhaba and it was very good . If someone looking for good night Indian food must go there

I booked an AC room I contacted them morning itself and as for check in but they told me that there check in will be after 2pm. I went to office with my luggage and evening 1 hour before check in I contacted them and cofirmed the room was ok. At 6 pm I went to hotel for checkin while checking in they told many conditions like no smoking no drinking no gust etc. I agreed all and paid them 3000+ rs and checked in. When I reach room the AC was not working I complained regarding this they try to on the switch but it was burning inside because of short circuit. They offered me different room there if we switch on ceiling fan all lights will blink and fan working with heavy sound. They offered me a table fan but I rejected when I asked for refund (these all happened in 1 hour after checkin) they asked me to send an mail I send it they told me they will refund in 24 hours. I disagree with that and I asked to refund my money immediately. They again asked me to send another mail in different format I do that also and got my money back. It was evening time luckily I got room in another hotel.
