Good but the host needs a lot to improve in packaging his offer.
Pros:

very accessible and walking distance to many places in the center of manila

Cons:

No wifi, the room though good and clean, was not what was published. Not sound proof. Noise outside the room is entering the door. Moreover, we were not advised that we need to deposit PhP2000 for security keys.
