War Okay, aber nicht überragend. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht ganz.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt beim Fährhafen nach Playa del Carmen. Das Highlight des Hotels ist das Rooftop mit Swimmingpool und Blick auf das Meer.

Cons:

Das Zimmer und insbesondere das Badezimmer waren sehr klein. Es hat entsprechend auch fast keine Ablagemöglichkeiten und nur wenig Stauraum. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich hellhörig, und wir hatten leider sehr laute Nachbarn, die sich nicht an die Nachtruhe hielten. Für den bezahlten Preis hätte man anderorts noch ein Frühstück bekommen.

Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und schön gestaltet. Ein Föhn ist im Zimmer vorhanden.
Die Dachterasse mit Pool hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen.
Überall wird sehr darauf geachtet, dass alles sauber ist bzw. bleibt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Außerdem erhält man 10% Rabatt im Restaurant nebenan.

Très bonne adresse
Pros:

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement, l'amabilité du personnel, la chambre assez spacieuse, le rooftop avec sa petite piscine et la vue incroyable, le petit café offert du matin

Cons:

C'est un petit peu bruyant en soirée mais à 23h tout devient calme et paisible.

Pros:

Emplacement de l’hôtel proche du centre.

Cons:

La connexion wifi n’était pas fiable, un élément qui nous aurait été plus qu’agréable par mauvais temps. Les chambres sont petites avec une décoration très minimaliste.

Pros:

Molto vicino al porto, letto comodo, piscina e spazio rooftop molto belli e puliti, doccia bella. Stanza bella e spazi adeguati.

Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la camera perché c era un forte odore di fogna e il signor Carlos è stato molto gentile e comprensivo ad accogliere la nostra richiesta. Infatti la seconda era tutta un altra storia.

Cons:

Il tipo di pavimento della camera, sembra sempre sporco, sensazione di appiccicoso a piedi nudi.
Sul balcone manca qualcosa per stendere asciugamani costumi ecc. La vista era sul cantiere. Un po bruttina.
La colazione che offrono da rivedere, come anche gli spazi dove poterne usufruire.
