החדר הכי גדול קטן,הזרם במקלחת חלש מאוד לא דוש יד ולוקח הרבה זמן לחכות למים חמים. אין שירותים בלובי.

It felt like I was staying in an office. The rooms may be modern but they have no soul whatsoever, and the reception area is more like the front desk in a bank. I walked past it at first because it doesn’t even look like a hotel on the outside.

Very loud due to sounds of the doors, cleaning ladies using walkie talkie and very thin walls made sleep harder than anticipated.

The property is lacking simple essentials and attention to detail. On arrival we had no toilet roll so I had to ask cleaning lady on a corridor to provide one - we were walking around the corridors looking for toilet roll. The next day I advised the reception to clean the rooms as we are leaving early for the excursion and won’t be back until evening that day, so thought it will be perfect for a clean.. After a long excursion I got back to my room which wasn’t cleaned so again I had to ask cleaning ladies to at least provide us with new towels as in humid conditions towels / clothes do not dry .. after long walk around the corridors we found clean towels with the cleaning lady and I provided those to our group, this was annoying as it’s just basic things that you expect for the hotel to provide, and my friends weren’t impressed as especially we left all old towels on the floor (which you’re supposed to do if you want the towels to be changed) also the fresh towels had an odd smell.. not pleasant at all. The hotel itself looks like it needs renovation but you can see That it was renovated as it’s got paint stains on the floor. Most importantly the hotel has a lift , but once the lift door opens you see stairs that take you to your room, if you’re elderly or not physically able to lift your suitcases , well.. this is a problem. The rooms also are not the same , our room has some pictures on the walls ( crooked so again it doesn’t take any effort to just straighten them out ) and had a small toilet window , where our friends room didn’t have any pictures or window in the bathroom.. I wouldn’t stay in this property again .
