Très bonne adresse
Pros:

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement, l'amabilité du personnel, la chambre assez spacieuse, le rooftop avec sa petite piscine et la vue incroyable, le petit café offert du matin

Cons:

C'est un petit peu bruyant en soirée mais à 23h tout devient calme et paisible.

Pros:

Emplacement de l’hôtel proche du centre.

Cons:

La connexion wifi n’était pas fiable, un élément qui nous aurait été plus qu’agréable par mauvais temps. Les chambres sont petites avec une décoration très minimaliste.

Pros:

Molto vicino al porto, letto comodo, piscina e spazio rooftop molto belli e puliti, doccia bella. Stanza bella e spazi adeguati.

Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la camera perché c era un forte odore di fogna e il signor Carlos è stato molto gentile e comprensivo ad accogliere la nostra richiesta. Infatti la seconda era tutta un altra storia.

Cons:

Il tipo di pavimento della camera, sembra sempre sporco, sensazione di appiccicoso a piedi nudi.
Sul balcone manca qualcosa per stendere asciugamani costumi ecc. La vista era sul cantiere. Un po bruttina.
La colazione che offrono da rivedere, come anche gli spazi dove poterne usufruire.

Peaceful respite in downtown Cozumel
Pros:

Nice, smaller hotel on Ave.5 (downtown) Cozumel. The hotel was in a pedestrian-only area of downtown and within easy walking distance of the ferry landings. Staff, Carlos and Francesca, were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were clean and rooftop bar/pool were very comfortable with food service from the restaurant downstairs. Sunset from the rooftop was peaceful and beautiful. The area felt very safe and was quiet.

Cons:

No complaints with facilities or staff. Would have been nice to have currency exchange or atm on site.

Great location but had some issues.
Pros:

Right in town. The staff always helpful and friendly. Roof top pool area was lovely with views of the sea.

Cons:

We were kept awake each night by banging doors my other guests. It echoes through the hotel. Plus in fist floor where we were the staff also use this for staff room again talking through the night. Also rooms are small and are a little tired.
