Tam bir fiyat/performans yeri
Pros:

Hotel tam bir fiyat/performans yeri fakat ondan daha da iyisi hotel sahibi Andrey her konuda proaktif olarak yardımcı biri. Lokasyon olarak Avlabari bence Vera bölgesi ile kalınabilecek 2 yerdden birisi, bu nedenle her yere yürüyerek gitmek harika. 3 günde 85000 adım atmışız. Odamızda 1 adet çift kişilik yatak, 1 adet çekyat, dolaplar, tv ve banyo bulunuyordu, bize hepsi tamamen yeterli oldu. İnternet hızı iyi ve kesintisizdi. Loş bir aydınlatması vardı. Biz hotele gelmeden Andrey bize dış kapının ve hotel kapısının nasıl açılacağını (self check-in) whatsapp üzerinden bildirdi. Bu da oldukça yardımcı oldu bize. Ayrıca çıkış yaptıktan sonra da, sırt çantalarımızı resepsiyonda bırakabileceğimizi ve bunun güvenli olduğuna dair bizi bilgilendirdi, bunun için de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz kendisine. Mutlu bir şekilde ayrıldık hotelden.

Cons:

Sevmediğimiz hiç bir şey olmadı. Sadece ilk gün sıcak su yoktu. Andrey'e haber verdik 30 dakikada düzeltti sağolsun. Bu da çok doğal zira Tiflis'teki bir çok yapı eski altyapılardan oluşuyor. Küçük bir aksaklık olsa bile Andrey'in proaktif yaklaşımı ile hızlıca çözdük sorunumuzu. Başka hiç bir olumsuz şey yaşamadık.

The hotel itself is nice, the owner is friendly, the kitchen has everything...

Cons:

But I barely slept both nights because of the neighbor's dog, who started barking at midnight and played with an iron pan on the concrete floor early in the morning. A closed window and earplugs didn't help. Of course, it's not the hotel's fault, but getting a good night's sleep is key for me...

Pros:

Останавливался здесь во время поездки в Тбилиси. Фото и описание полностью соответствуют реальности. Отличная локация: метро находится совсем рядом, а до многих достопримечательностей удобно добираться пешком или на транспорте.

В моём номере не было вида из окна, но это честно указано в описании но я из-за спешки и экстренного планирования поездки, не обратил внимание. Тем не менее, там было окно, просто выше уровня земли и оно стояло на проветривании. Тем не менее, никаких претензий нет — просто стоит обратить внимание на этот момент при бронировании.

Хотя на ресепшене никого не было, администратор Андрей через whatsapp отправил очень подробную инструкцию по заселению и был всегда на связи. Всё было понятно и удобно, поэтому никаких сложностей не возникло.

В целом остались: только положительные впечатления. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Неожиданно была кухня со всем оборудованием в доступе - можно себе приготовить завтрак, была микроволновка. Отличный дружелюбный администратор, заботливое отношение и точные инструкции как зайти. Дали остаться в номере до отъезда. Все супер!

Замечательный отель
Pros:

Черезвычайно добрый и вежливый персонал. Отличное расположение со всеми средствами транспорта, интересными достопремечательнастями и местами для досуга.

Cons:

Холодные полы и не было фиксатора для душа, иногда не было достаточно горячей воды.

Não é no centro, mas isso não é um problema.
Pros:

-Boa recepção. Ofereceu até mesmo ficar um pouco a mais no quarto, pois não havia reserva para o próximo dia.
-Cozinha tem algumas coisas que precisa, ajuda bastante no dia a dia
-O quarto é em um ótimo tamanho, geladeira dentro quarto.
-Banheiro em um bom tamanho
-Apartamento no térreo
-Um pouco longe do centro (2 km)
mas é uma excelente região e com metrô bem perto. Prefiro me hospedar aqui que no centro da cidade.

Cons:

-A cama não é tão confortável, mas cumpriu seu papel
-Questões menores:Poderia haver reposição de sabonete, shampoo.
No mais é uma ótima hospedagem. Voltaria para me hospedar aqui
