Fijn, schoon en stil hotel!
Pros:

De locatie was fijn, dicht bij het busstation. De kamer was goed geluidsdicht! En het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Lekker eten voor de deur!

Cons:

We kregen ontbijt mee, omdat onze bus te vroeg vertrok. Dit was de avond van tevoren gemaakt. De patat en chapati waren daardoor zacht en nat geworden. Wij hadden liever een simpele sandwich gekregen.

Small budget room, but just what you have paid for.

Cons:

If you are not planning to wake up early, this isnt the place for you. Too loud due to the mosques around- prayer call.

Miło było ponownie odpocząć i spędzić tam nac. Serdeczność personelu dosłownie mnie urzekła i czułem się jak u przyjaciół. Dostałem jeszcze ładniejszy pokój niż ostatnio. Czysty i zgodny z prezentowanymi zdjęciami z obiektu. Niesamowite że zupełnie za darmo przez cztery dni przechowali mi bagaż, którego nie mogłem zabrać ze sobą na Safari. Był cały czas bezpieczny. Wszystkie moje pytania i czasem, zdawałoby się kłopotliwe prośby nie stanowiły żdnegoa problemu. Dziękuję

Excelente atendimento dos funcionários principalmente do Gerente, limpo, seguro e localizado no centro.

Cons:

Internet é péssima, oscila bastante! Precisam de proporcionar uma chaleira e um kit de chá no quarto.

Layover hotel before flight
Pros:

It is central downtown.
Good air conditioning
Very basic, but it was just an overnight stay before our flight.

Cons:

Bathroom, shower has no walls, everything gets wet.
Wifi not strong for 2nd floor rooms. Luckily, I had a phone plan and I used it as a Hotspot for my husband.

Before you book // Honest review
Pros:

Location is 10/10 if you want to explore the ciry centre, and the facilities are generally good - as they should for the price. However.

Cons:

Our stay did not meet our expectations, at all. As we were staying at Rich hotel after a 5-day safari, we wanted to book a nice hotel to reset before departure to Nairobi, Kenya the following day.

The room had mosquito-nets for 1 bed (not all three)
The shower or sink did not have any warm water
The wifi connection was very poor, and never worked for more than a couple minutes before you hade to reconnect through login.
Worst of all, we never got our breakfast. As the receptionist informed us that the breakfast was at 06:30-10:00, we booked a bus that picked us up at 07:30 at the hotel. Sadly, the breakfast was not ready and they neither provided it or helped us when we contacted the reception. He said "don't worry" and "no problem, we'll fix" and nothing happened.

Trying to justify that we did not get any breakfast before our 6 hour bus trip, I kindly asked if we could get the additional brekfast refunded, which was later denied since we requested breakfast outside of provided times. Which we did not.

I want to share our experience to hopefully inform future guests about what you could expect from your stay. There are great options in Arusha, and I would not recommend Rich hotel to any of my friends. But maybe you'll love it. At least you know what to look out for.
