The staff here are wonderful people.

Cramped room. Bed very high. Tiny bathroom. Property was probably new sixty years ago

riom was nasty, crickets everywhere in room. smelled bad. sketchy people hanging outside the rooms

It was very run down but still clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had warm water and good pressure. It was worth the money we paid for it!

Property was not what the pictures show. Property was run down needed a serious remodel. Dis not receive a handicap room like requested. Will never stay here again. Dont recommend

Nice spot in Nocona close to Red River Station owners are very nice and hospitable great for the price!

Nice clean place for the age of the building. Even though it's located near the highway, it's quiet. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We were given complimentary bottles of water with cheese crackers.

It was great. We were greeted with a smile and with water and a treat. Lovely !

I stayed in Nocona at the Budget Inn because I was riding in the Tour de Muenster 30 miles away. I did not stay in Gainesville because hotel prices were dramatically increased for that weekend. The Budget inn price was $66.

The check in was very welcoming and accommodating, the price is great, the cleanliness and appearance of the property is amazing. It’s obviously an old property but they are making efforts to maintain it

Filthy, old, worn-out. Reality is nothing like the picture posted to advertise the property. Absolute fraud and deception. There is no way this property is rated 8.0 by 24 legitimate guests. Most of the people staying at this place are long term residents.

Pour le prix, il ne faut pas vous attendre à un palace. Motel sympa, tenue de manière familiale. L'accueil est chaleureux, la dame est souriante et agréable. La chambre est petite, mais fonctionnelle et suffisante. Par contre, elle manque cruellement d'entretien. Les serviettes sont propres mais tellement usées qu'elles ont des trous. L'ensemble est vieux et en etat très moyen. L'insonorisation est inexistante. La route est proche et passante.

Great people and price definitely reflected quality. Rooms were repaired with very poor workmanship however still a bed to sleep in for a good nights sleep. No major complaints for price
