Pros:

Room was neat and clean, hot water was working, drinking water is provided.

Cons:

We've booked hotel room on booking.com app and we've reached there within 30mins of booking. Firstly we were allotted a room and charged me according to the booking.com price 2,500 , later after 10-15 mins they came and said it's 2,800 i didn't understand what was happening when i asked them they said no you have to pay 2,800 I kept quiet and paid whatever they said. Later on I've realised that they've cancelled my booking on the app and charged me extra amount. We were unable to lock the door because of the bolt issue when asked them they were asking us to shift to the first floor which is not possible for us because of the elderly people they cannot climb the stairs and they don't have the lift facility. After struggling for 20-30mins they've fixed the bolt finally. Not very happy with their behaviour just for Rs.300.

The hotel's response was unhelpful, and I was left stranded at midnight with no alternative accommodation. I'm extremely disappointed in the service and would caution others to verify bookings directly with the hotel.
