The location was excellent for the price. I especially liked the fact that there was a small kitchen downstairs with a microwave, an egg boiler, and a coffee machine.
There were also luggage lockers and an extra bathroom, which I thought was a brilliant idea. If your checkout was at 12 noon but your flight home wasn't until the evening, you could leave your bags safely locked away and spend the whole day enjoying the beach or exploring the town. You could even take a shower before heading to the airport.
I thought these little extras were really thoughtful and made the stay much more convenient and enjoyable.
It wasn't necessarily something I disliked, but there are a few things worth mentioning.
The property was very close to the beach, which was great, although you had to cross a very busy road to get there. The traffic noise was a little annoying at night, but considering how affordable the accommodation was, I think it was a reasonable compromise.
The soundproofing between the rooms could also have been better. You could hear neighbours in the adjoining rooms, even when they were using the bathroom. Luckily, we didn't have any noisy neighbours during our stay, so it wasn't a major issue.
Overall, these were minor inconveniences, especially considering the attractive price and excellent location.
La ubicación, frente al mar y muy céntrico. Cerca del restaurante Trisurco de lo mejorcito de Alicante.
Alojamiento sin ascensor. Recogen la habitación pero no limpian .Habitacion muy justa de tamaño y abundante paso de automóviles.
Świetny klimat w pokojach. Wyglądało to dokładnie jak na zdjęciach. Czysto i schludnie. Telewizor Smart. Z naszego okna na 3 piętrze było pięknie widać morze i wschody słońca. :)
Na plażę trzeba iść nieco naokoło przez ruchliwą, wielopasmową ulicę, ok. 350 metrów.
Tuż za hotelem pagórek z zamkiem św. Barbary, w pół godziny można wejść na szczyt (możliwe też wjechanie windą).
Bardzo na plus lodówka w pokoju oraz klimatyzacja i wysuszacz powietrza, przydatny też żeby wysuszyć ubrania i ręczniki z plaży.
Miłym zaskoczeniem była ogólnodostępna kuchnia i łazienka na parterze z mikrofalą, tosterem, dostępem do kawy, herbaty, chleba, masła, dżemu, zimnej i gorącej wody. Można z nich korzystać też przed zameldowaniem i po wymeldowaniu. Dostępne darmowe szafki na bagaż.
Brak windy przy 3 piętrach. Hałas jeżdzących samochodów od ulicy, ale nam nie przeszkadzał w spaniu.

Lovely room, great value for money
I was staying alone and I was a little nervous walking along the roadside at nighttime as there aren't many people there - but otherwise location was good and only 5 minutes walk to the beach or old town.
Good location, cute one bedroom apartment, for the location on a very busy road, the noise was minimal.
No convenient car parking
Beach is very close to the hotel (pros with cons). Hotel looked almost like on the pictures (dirty windows doesn't give that picturesque view though). Resting area with kitchen (coffee machine, toaster etc. are available for use) and separate toilet/bathroom on the ground floor were an advantage (as well as free to use beach umbrellas at the entrance). Also, I really liked straightforward messages from the hotel on how to access the hotel, room and all the hotel rules very descriptive and I liked that. Overall our stay was good.
Very noisy not only from the highway that is located in front of the hotel, but also from a building nearby. We had room 34 on 3rd floor (no lift) that is next to some other building or area that, I guess, does not belong to hotel, yet sounds were frequently generated and, especially in the night, are very noticeable. Earplugs were provided but they didn't improve my personal experience. Another unpleasant thing is to walk to the beach near the highway, as it is a 3 lane drive and has no safety pedestrian barriers (bollards). Pedestrian walkway can fit only 2 people, so it's very tight and felt unsafe for me.
