Pros:

Nehir kıyısında ve şırıl şırıl akan suyun kıyısında konaklamak çok keyifliydi; göğsü açan ve ruhu ferahlatan bir yer. Bu yerin her şeyini çok sevdim ve tekrar geleceğim.

Russo great place is Yannick, but they need to improve their self

The location is great
The Villa is big and enough for small families

Cons:

The rooms need to be clean

No one at the reception office  at any time
The nearest supermarket is 700 meters if you don’t have a car, it’s very dangerous to cross the main road. 

The place is in the middle  between Rize and Ayder

Amazing place with its location and very helpful staff. Small but cozy and warm

Cons:

Not a big problem but the shower was broken and you need to hold it while taking shower. A bit maintenance is needed
