The staff was very helpful, they opened the restaurant 10 early so we could have breakfast before our flight, and fixed the TV.
The pre purchased breakfast did not include the whole menu.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There is zero sound proofing so not only will you hear the constant noise from the street, but also the nearby music from restaurants and bars as well as the construction. To add to the noise pollution there is a window in the bathroom that does not properly close by design. The hotel echos, so you can hear everything happening inside the building as well.
Additionally the WiFi is very spotty and barely functions. The second night there was no hot water, the staff solution was to let the water run 5-10 mins, hot water never came. The staff never responded with another solution or when it was fixed.
Also, hotel staff has no agency to address issues properly. Their solution was to move me to a smaller room at “no additional cost”. And rather than offer some kind of concession they stated “they can not control the work next door”. Obviously.
Finally, this hotel is far over priced, considering the above complaints, but there are zero amenities that would constitute such an elevated cost. There are no robes, slippers, steamer or ironing board. There is zero natural light. The room is freezing, but the mini split only cools the heating function is blocked, so there is always a chill in the room. Videos and review in google

The hotel was comfortable and well located.
I had two disappointing experiences that affected my stay. The day I checked in, I noticed the area around the toilet was dirty, with hairs from a previous guest. I asked for it to be cleaned again, even tipped the cleaning staff, but it was never properly done, so I ended up cleaning it myself.
Later, I was charged over 3,000 pesos (about 170 USD) for laundry. They charge per piece instead of by weight, even for socks or undergarments, which led to an unreasonable total. When I raised my concern, the hotel confirmed it was standard policy and offered no adjustment.
Future guests should be wary of this pricing practice. If they are overcharging this much for something as simple as laundry, it makes you wonder what else they might be overcharging for.
Overall, the stay was fine otherwise, but the lack of basic cleanliness and transparency left a bad impression.
It has plenty of space in the parking area. And it is in very strategic street a block away from the hotel
