Hotel smells good, with well sized rooms with a good local feel location, near a mall... Plus lovely, polite and helpful staff and close to airport.

Third stay, love the area
Pros:

Third time on this hotel, the night portiere is always such a nice guy.
Room is good with a small balcony
Close to seacon square mall
Not a party area
Cleaning staff and kitchen staff very friendly

Cons:

Always have had great service, specially when I arrived they were very helpful, but sadly some of the new staff in the reception are not very welcoming or helpful.
When asking questions on English they mostly ignored me.

Pros:

Struttura bella e molto pulita.

Cons:

Al momento del check out ci hanno chiesto di pagare i danni perché su uno degli asciugamani c'era una macchia (di trucco!) che, a loro dire, non sarebbe venuta via.
È inconcepibile che un'asciugamani sporca venga considerata un danno!
Colazione quasi esclusivamente salata, pochissimi dolci e alle 9 già terminati.

Hotel propre , bien équiper. Lit confortable, douche spacieuse. Personnel très agréable et a votre écoute.
Petit spa dans l'hôtel jusqu'à 2h du matin, prix raisonnable + massage de qualité
2 énorme centre commerciaux a 10min a pied de l'hôtel

Cons:

Pas de soleil piscine batiment A si vous voulez bronzer
Trop de lumière dans la chambre venant de l'extérieur (juste des rideaux). Pour ceux qui ne sont pas très matinal c'est pas très agréable.
