If I were you, I would never go here.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

Since there were 7 of us moving around with 8 large bags, we chose this hotel solely based on the fact that a free shuttle was provided. When I inquired a few days before our stay, they assured us that a shuttle would definitely be sent. I contacted them again a few hours before arrival, and even when the plane landed, they said they would be waiting at the door. However, when we actually went out, there was no shuttle. They made the absurd offer to pay for the taxi fare if we took a taxi. When I complained upon arrival, they just laughed. Eventually, they said they would pay the taxi fare the next day, but that was a lie as well. I have traveled to dozens of countries, but I have rarely experienced such unfriendliness. The facilities are also below expectations. The bed isn't clean, I have to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs, three out of five electrical outlets are broken, and the soundproofing is poor. They clearly said the shuttle is free, but then I was told I have to pay for the drop-off... It is terrible. It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. If I were you, I would not choose this hotel.

Facilities are not up to the level of its price. Wifi is worse(doesnot work), no slipper for room, cleanliness is lacking. The price is high but the facilities low..

I am a multi time repeater at the property. Best location if you are travelling via TIA.
Pros:

Comfort and location - Comfy beds, spacious room and shortest location to the TIA.

Cons:

The bedsheets could have been cleaner. All the things are on par, best. However, need little attention to cleanliness.

Not my best experience, but I know they can do better.
Pros:

The location it great if you need a flight out of KTM.

Cons:

The shuttle is usually fast and friendly. This time the driver was very grumpy and the second day we had to wait for 35 minutes because he had left the hotel to do an errand. Also, this hotel has a restaurant that will call your room to see if you want food. I have stayed here several times and did not want them to wake me, so I asked the night desk agent to please tell them not to call me. They still called and woke me up. You will not be able to sleep in at this place.
