エレベーターが無い。
身障者なので1階を希望していたのに2階の一番遠い部屋だった。事前の連絡も無かった。

Pros:

Bardzo dobrze usytuowany hotel, w samym sercu Chichibu. Polecam wszystkim. Czysty a zameldowanie bardzo proste. Dobrze się tam czuliśmy, mogliśmy też zaparkować za darmo przed hotelem

Cons:

Poduszki zbyt twarde ale to moja osobista preferencja.

Pros:

駅から近く、部屋が広かった。

Cons:

夜、火災報知器がなったが、フロントは閉まっており、しばらく止まらずうるさかった。
その後、ホテル側からは何の説明もなかった。

Emplacement assez central, qui permet de profiter des lieux d'intérêts qu'offre Chichibu
Pros:

Emplacement non loin du centre ville et tout proche de la gare, chambre spacieuse et confortable

Cons:

l'offre petit déjeuner pourrait être améliorée, peu de choix et amplitude d'horaires d'accueil qui devrait être plus large en terme d'horaires

Clean and comfortable, slightly awkwardly located
Pros:

Basic and comfortable (and one of the very few options in Saitama!)
Good room size.

Cons:

Location is not actually convenient to public transport - Seibu-Chichibu is actually a 15 minute walk (the other station is for a tourist railway that doesn’t connect), and the buses aren’t very frequent.
You get some rail noise (about every hour).
