Un vrai refuge pour se reposer des activités et de la chaleur!
Pros:

le petit dejeuner, la piscine, le personnel qui a vraiment soin de repondre aux besoins des clients. La chambre tres spacieuse. tout le necessaire dans la salle de bain.

Cons:

Un petit manque d'anticipation des problèmes mais ils essaient de corriger et de s'améliorer. Exemple: j'ai demandé une voiture pour rejoindre l'hotel, à la sortie de l'aéroport, personne, ils attendent sur le parking exterieur. Un message d'explication aurait suffit. Autre exemple, les rideaux de la chambre ne pouvaient pas se fermer complétement, il a fallu demander pour que ce soit rectifié. C'est pas méchant, mais c'est dommage.

Exceptional service, cleanliness, and truly professional staff.
Pros:

A very comfortable stay in a spacious, clean, and well-maintained hotel with delicious food.

We were especially impressed by the staff – highly professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. One team member serving our table stood out with exceptional service and kindness, even greeting us outside the hotel, which was a lovely surprise.

The overall level of professionalism, cleanliness, and service was outstanding. We truly hope all Hyatt hotels maintain such high standards.
