An outstanding place to stay as you plan your trip to Ellora and Ajanta
Pros:

Staff was great and the food was wonderful . The location was close to the airport so the hotel shuttle was very quick for pickup and drop off

Cons:

A short walk to local shopping as opposed to having shops and atms adjacent to the property.

The food was good, the F&B service was good, chef came to ask if everything was ok which was a nice gesture.

One of the best staffed hotels
Pros:

Staff hospitality, everyone from check-in, housekeeping and breakfast/dining were excellent. Facilities were well maintained and food quality was great too.

Cons:

Not that it matters too much - There could be a rain shower or a better quality shower with higher flow.

Excellent experience of staying at this hotel!
Pros:

Excellent hotel with 5 star amenities
Excellent food with variety of options for both the Breakfast and Dinner Buffet
Vey helpful and courteous staff

Cons:

Soft drink was charges separately with the Dinner Buffet. After speaking to the front desk and the manger this charge was finally waived off as our stay included the Dinner Buffet. Soft drinks should be part of Buffet.
