Rilassante e godibile.
Pros:

La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Ci hanno concesso qualche ora in più nella stanza per via del volo aereo nel pomeriggio senza addebitarci nulla. Colazione e cena a buffet molto varie e buone. Piacevoli spazi all'esterno.

Cons:

Menù a la carte un pò limitato.

Un vrai refuge pour se reposer des activités et de la chaleur!
Pros:

le petit dejeuner, la piscine, le personnel qui a vraiment soin de repondre aux besoins des clients. La chambre tres spacieuse. tout le necessaire dans la salle de bain.

Cons:

Un petit manque d'anticipation des problèmes mais ils essaient de corriger et de s'améliorer. Exemple: j'ai demandé une voiture pour rejoindre l'hotel, à la sortie de l'aéroport, personne, ils attendent sur le parking exterieur. Un message d'explication aurait suffit. Autre exemple, les rideaux de la chambre ne pouvaient pas se fermer complétement, il a fallu demander pour que ce soit rectifié. C'est pas méchant, mais c'est dommage.
