Great Hotel… I must appreciate the hospitality and the food. Breakfast and dinner was wonderful. The hotel made sure you enjoy your meals at the restaurant.

Unexpectedly Nice & Refreshing Stay

Nothing much to say...Proximity to airport is a bonus factor...Complimentary pick up & drop off @ airport will add to service appeal...As Aurangabad is not receiving many flights..Just asuggestion

Great hotel

A great choice for healing your body during a weekend adventure in the caves and forts of the area.
Pros:

The Good: The staff at the restaurant was amazing! 10/10 They were very helpful, polite and friendly, and most of what we tasted for breakfast was delicious. (Skip the pineapple :P The local snacks were authentic and safe! Give them a try!) Wi-Fi was easy to setup, and the hotel is near the airport with some useful services nearby like Pharmacy, Local Snacks, Hair Salon etc. a few short minutes walk on a straight line. The room was great and spotless as expected for the Hyatt brand.

Cons:

The TV, although not essential, needs some work. Local channels could not connect. Pairing my device to watch my own content was easy but getting the various apps to play was challenging for some reason. Good thing it did not matter. We were not there to watch TV :) (Bonus Traveler Tip: Irrelevant to the hotel, if you rent a car to go around make sure it has great suspension the city has awful roads :P)

Excellent hotel, great staff and great food.
Pros:

Staff at the reception Ashutosh in particular was excellent and very helpful. Kamakshi was also good. The food was excellent, we had bfast and dinner for the 5 days we were there and enjoyed the buffet and the variety of cuisines thoroughly.

The staff at the restaurant Alana, Aditi, Abhishek, Kaushik and Rahul the chef were very attentive and helpful. The bartender Sunny made excellent cocktails. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning our room everyday. Lastly we were fortunate to meet the Asst GM Joshua D’Mello who made our stay more interesting by talking to us every evening and telling us all about his experiences in the business. If we do visit Aurangabad again (now has a new name) we will definitely stay at the Hyatt Place again.

Cons:

Everything was great so nothing I can dislike.

Het ontbijtbuffet was zeer uitgebreid en wij konden zelfs in de tuin ontbijten. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ik vond de kamer wat zakelijk maar wel schoon en het bed was erg comfortabel. Er was ook altijd voldoende drinkwater voorhanden.

Cons:

De communicatie met het hotel had beter gekund. Ik heb diverse keren geschreven om te vragen of ze een airport pickup hadden en geen antwoord gekregen.
